Started a weight loss instagram (@ijustcantweight) and just got my first DM from someone who said my motivation and progress has inspired them to get their butt into gear and start their journey. I was lacking motivation and that message has given me another kick. Makes it even more worthwhile than before. Thankyou kind stranger and good luck. I still have a long long way to go but getting there slowly but surely! (Pics are about 9 months apart)

Edit: Sorry to be that person but seriously didn’t expect to get most viral out of this! Thanks for your support! I am about to take Mum to the hospital for an eye operation so will answer questions etc while I wait on her :)

9 months?! That's awesome @OP, well done! I've sort of fallen off the wagon but this has given me the nudge I need to get back on it!

I’m riding your coat tail. I was the heaviest I’ve ever been last month and I’m slowly progressing back into my muscular figure. Keep going!

i thought the purpose of the sports bra was so you don't need to wear a bra?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

A lot of sports bras still don't provide the support that larger breasts require during activities like running, so some ladies double up.

Great job & keep up the routine. I know it's hard but one day at a time. I'm on a similar journey myself so I can relate.

Thank you! Yes it is tough but I will hang in there. I am starting a job at a fitness centre in the new year so can’t wait! That will help!

That's great news! Some days I don't want to go to the gym but I think of my progress so far and tell myself not to give up.

Routine reminders to watermark your weight loss progress pictures. Do eet.

8 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

Huh, why is that necessary?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Because ads for miracle weight loss BS will shamelessly use them, without permission, and will not pay for the use of the photos.

8 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

With respect ma'am, firstly I congratulate you on your wonderful progress. Secondly, bots and scammers will take pictures like yours 1/

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

that aren't watermarked and will claim them to use the image as "proof" without paying you royalties or whatever.

Very well put.
