My neighbor, whose son is my 12yo's bff, is a Trumper. I am friendly with him and his wife and let him hunt on my land, and I don't bring up politics with them.
A couple weeks ago while we were cutting a fallen tree off the fence, he asked if we were getting vaccinated, and I said for sure. He went off on a rant about everything from vaccines not approved by the FDA to voting machine fraud.
I lost my cool and yelled at him. He said, "The truth will come out." I said, "It will. And if Trump should have won, I'll suck your cock."
I want to get better at reasoning with these people, but I've got no idea how.
(Everyone over 16 in our house has gotten their first shots now! Hooray!)
