This is Chili, a female Boobook Owl at the Nation Bird of Prey Centre, Wicklow, IRL. She is wet because we got caught in a sudden downpour. Don't worry, the sun came out and she dried off. She cooed our entire visit and allowed us to pet her. If you ever get the chance, I recommend you visit.
