As a man, this sounds delightful.

If a student told me they need their hands to be active while listening & get good grades while knitting, I would just ask for a blue scarf

Was Eliot? Im sorry…

4 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 0

He was a good boy. Had a good 16 years. This is the late pic I have of him. And since I lost him this week, I thought he would be a good tax

#29 pretty sure this guy lives down the street from me and likes to say things like 'lincoln was a republican' & 'corporations help us all'

4 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 1

Good for you, having good neighbours.

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

He definitely also writes for the Fargo Forum. He’s the worst kind of blowhard.

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Strong "fuck off into the woods and go feral" energy in this post & I'm here for it @op

#16 so, basically idiot? Because that fact is 100% unfounded

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

#16 This is wierd. I'm currently watching "today i found out" on youtube refuting the theoretical connection to the plague.

#5 HEY DID YOU KNOW THAT HE BROKE HIS TOE

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

#5 I dunno, Statler and Waldorf as Merry and Pippin could be gold. Knocking the skeleton into the well was no accident, it was sabotage

TIL my two year old daughter is a demon.

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Most 2 year olds are. Don't worry, they outgrow it.

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I meant that she’s always happy, but I guess you speak from your frame of reference.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Who said demons aren't happy?

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

#22 The accelerated production and irrelevance of culture kinda means nothing gets to sink in. Also, the "feel" of those decades...

4 years ago | Likes 46 Dislikes 1

Once upon a time we all watched Miss Universe to know who the most beautiful woman in the world was. Now it is everyone all the time.

4 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I feel like the 2000's definitely has an aesthetic; Perhaps derivative of the 90's, and perhaps every decade is just derivative of the last.

4 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Is something that can only be appreciated with some temporal distance.

4 years ago | Likes 40 Dislikes 0

Helped by the fact that other decades media “came and went” while the last 20 years worth is still here.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Pretty sure aesthetic of the last 15 or so years is just faces buried in screens... Not lacking, just nobody wants to look in that mirror.

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

The negative gut reaction people >30 have with Twitch, TikTok, Vine, much of YT is all discomfort at screen time has become so paramount,

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

the younger have stopped even participating in playing games and just watch other people live their lives. It's a return to poor TV quality

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

of the 50s & 60s that had been broken out of in the 80s & 90s. Amusing stimulus without plot, storytelling, or depth.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Wow, that's boomer as fuck.

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Eliot is very sweet ❤️

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He was a good boy. I miss him.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I know how you feel. Their time here with us is just always too short. But you both loved each other very much and that will last forever.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He's now playing with his predecessors, Tennyson and Hugo.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm sure they're a happy pack, roaming around, chasing squirrels and having fun ☺️

#1 is called Gin.

4 years ago | Likes 69 Dislikes 2

Juniper berries are delicious though

4 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

There's a resurgence in the craft distilling industry to use botanicals that aren't juniper. There's some good stuff out there.

:Laughs in retsina:

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Incorrect, gin is made from scotch tape.

4 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Not Hendricks Gin. It's cucumber based.

4 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 5

There is an amazing local gin produced that is predominantly star anise flavoured. Billy Goat's Gin from Saleyards Distillery in Rockhampton

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

False. It's gin, made with juniper, and wouldn't be allowed to call itself gin otherwise.

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

https://www.hendricksgin.com all I know is it doesn't taste like a pine tree

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

"Hendrick's unique taste comes from its use of roses and cucumbers along with 11 other botanicals, of course including juniper"

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Still doesn't taste like a pine tree

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

It contains a number of other botanicals, including cucumber.

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1
