Andy’s Christmas Day Organ Harvest Update!

Just came back from food shopping for the Christmas day BBQ! Think I got a little excited! People are in for a treat!! Going to spend the next two days prepping, sorting and labelling!

This hunk of chunk is going to be chopped and slow cooked for a delicious pulled pork Guinness

It’s important before the harvesting season to make sure to practice skinning. My favourite tool is a scalpel!

So I didnt really have anywhere to project the movie on now that Ive painted my truck green so I thought id make a screen with stuff I had laying around

First point is making the frame. Im going for 16:9 size. Then i put these little pieces of wood in each corner to make sure it stays its shape!

Next bit is to unfold an old bit of material I took from an old expo derig job.

So i stappled it all together and cut any access off.

Then i left one side super long so I can cover the screen when its not in use. I rolled up any access with a bit of wood and stappled velcro to the frame and the cover to hold it together so crap cant get in. At this time you’ll have to wait to see the out come the same time as everyone else!! Ohhh such a tease!!
