#5 damn, I wish I knew this trick. I had an indigo that suddenly developed a conditioned feeding response against the same part of his tail for a few years. Even lead to an incident that required surgical repair. And he still kept attacking his wound spot. I imagine some of this sanitizer on the bandages would’ve solved it.
A helmet might seem like an infringement on your freedoms but consider the alternative of cracking your skull open and some of that gooey stuff you never use leaking out onto the tarmac.
There was an anti-gravity chamber up forward on the 378 with a scuttle at the top. If you timed a wave right you could catch the handle. Trouble was timing the dismount to where you didn’t hit the gravity multiplier and snap your legs on landing haha
#1 I always wear a helmet when bike riding, but sometimes it seems a bit much. I get sweaty and it's uncomfortable at times. Couple months ago I was riding through a tunnel, got distracted and my handlebars caught the wall. In a second, with not time to react, I was over my handlebars, slamming to the tunnel floor with only grinding down the tunnel wall to slow me down. Took a bunch of skin off my right hand and my right knee, and hit my head so hard I have zero doubt I'd have had a concussion -
Today I played CSI at the skatepark where, judging by the blood sputters across the concrete.. they likely hit their head, and bled all the way out of the park. Preventable with a helmet! I always have a spare/retired helmet to give to anyone who may not be able to afford one.. bc I get that as a valid reason to not own a helmet.. I sadly, see that a lot.
Helmet saved my head in a bike accident. I was going down a 3 ft hill when my tire hit a loose rock and sent me over the handlebars. Neck and shoulder did not make it and I can't raise my shoulder higher then my chest! Bikes are crazy.. ALWAYS wear a helmet!
Always wore full gear when going out to ride my Yamaha Banshee (ATV - 2 stroke 350cc twin cylinder RWD). Had a few nasty crashes and was always glad I invested in boots, riding pants/shirt/gloves, and helmet/goggles.
around 15 years ago I went through EXACTLY the same thing... but without a helmet. I don't remember anything about being hospitalized, or the 27 stitches, or that whole week in general.
Probably would have a bald spot too :} Sometimes people forget about the grind and only think about the impact. Glad you are still able to type! Keep the shiny side up, fellow traveler!
Same. I wear a helmet and at night even a reflective vest when I cycle. So far I have never once needed it, but I'd rather take slight discomfort and looking a bit dorky, over cracking my head should something ever happen.
#1 - If you get into an accident wearing a helmet, and you think to yourself, "Wow, that might have given me a concussion if not for my helmet!" It probably would have killed you. Human brains are so so sensitive
it really depends, brains are also very resilient sometimes. really we dont know shit about them and things that kill some people other people walk off without any need for treatment.
I had an accident that knocked me out, and when I came to I didn't know where I was, how I got there, or who the woman was that I was roped to (she was my girlfriend). I was wearing a helmet. I'd be very dead without that.
Because sometimes children cry for reasons you can't fathom, I'm gonna guess that her dad drug her along on an adventure she'snot into and she's not happy about it but since we can't possibly know the context or the people in this video I'm gonna need you to get off of your high horse of moral judgements and go fuck yourself.
Adults that ignore the feelings of kids are so lazy to me. It would take less than 5 minutes to figure out what's wrong. I used to get hauled around everywhere by drunkards that thought 8+ hours on the river w nothing but a cooler full of beer was acceptable conditions for a kid. Anyone not having their needs met will be understandably upset. Obviously your needs are being unfulfilled & that's why you choose to be a cunt.
Well fuck you very much, I do have children and they always have a reason for crying. And I think it's upsetting to see a child weep with no attempt at understanding or comforting.
If you react to your children half as asinine as you do to random strangers then you're raising cunts. Parents who let their children be cunts is a pretty big part of the world's problems right now so perkaps you should try a little introspection cunt because you're literally trying to have a battle over a 5 second video of a complete stranger and a strange child that you have zero knowledge or context for. Fuck me very much? No thank you, fuck yourself because I doubt anyone else will. Cunt.

Yeah she was not happy haha

The person screaming with the camera didn’t help much either haha

#7 @unionjack323 this guy is pretty slick. There’d be a general alarm about 5 seconds after me trying this 😂

I’d definitely screw that up haha

I think skateboard dude probably had a mild concussion even with the helmet. That helmet saved him from much worse.

You probably still got a concussion
Lampmonster
Possibly, but I never even got a headache. Definitely would have been far worse without the helmet.

If the experts are required to wear the equipment to complete, you definitely should as an amateur.

at the very least had I not been wearing the helmet. Might well have saved my life, or at the very least some mild brain damage. Helmets are great.
BisAndThighHighs
I know a guy who has to wear a helmet at all times now after he scrambled his head by not wearing one in the first place.
Quebeker
Now go buy a new one because that one might be unsecured now

I agree, they definitely do not have kids. Can't take everyone home because one is sulking

You could have stopped before your last sentence there. Telling someone to go fuck themselves because they have empathy for a kid is pretty jerky.
