Been at it for 2 years now and it never gets easier

I'm in cybersecurity and my new shift partner came to first with me after 4 years on 3rd. He aged like a president

My sister had to stop - it was killing her. So she's a case manager for home care which has more human hours.

Or that's just the nature of that place of work. LE/MIL, Hospitals, Fire/Paramedic, that kind of thing. It's not uncommon in those fields.
