I wish the worst upon whomever added the extra note in front of this violin riff.

Norway has no right to be as beautiful as it is. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

Norwegians always upvote Norway

6 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I want to live there but getting workers visas at this point and move a family just doesn't seem practical.

Come see rocky water cliff! Or cliff rocky water, or watery rocky cliff! (Just kidding!)

6 months ago | Likes 41 Dislikes 1

What about watery clif rock?

6 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

True.
I've seen 6-8 of these places. Lovely as they are, you really don't need to see them all.

A møøse once bit my sister!

Some of the names are literally that. Bondhusvatnet = Farmer house water. Next they'll be claiming that Norwegians invented What3words.

6 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Been to 8. Burgund has been on my bucket list since I first saw a picture of it as a kid. If you can't get to Norway it has an exact replica in Rapid City South Dakota.

I dont know everything about Norway but I always thought it's probably the best country on earth to live, maybe one day I'll move there.

6 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Looks like a lot of high up places. No thanks.

6 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Actually, the Norwegians would like all the TikTok and Instagram "tourists" to just stay away.

I’ve seen Instagram VS reality before. Show me the unedited photos

6 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

No, because my kids are on them. Many of those places we visited this summer and are pretty much as shown, except Bergen. It's harbour is just a tourist trap, the city is gorgeous once you get a block or two away from it.

I can confirm. Norway is one of the most beautiful places on earch. Can't wait to get back.

6 months ago | Likes 74 Dislikes 1

I’ve never been to earch. What’s it like? Is it all like Norway?

6 months ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

Its the area around Norway. Like, ten miles. Norway isn't that nice.

6 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ok. I'm from Norway and have been to most of these places. They're mostly nice and occasionally beautiful, but not "magical lighting and the Verve playing in the background" beautiful. Just calm down. Welcome if choose to come, though.

6 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I just want to climb hills and see far out there. I like the peace and quiet.

6 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Thank goodness there wasn't any Verve playing when we visited this summer. The magical lighting was pretty close though.

Don't forget to rob a bank before you go, or take a mortgage on your parent's home. The place is ridiculously expensive.

6 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Rob a bank when you get there for free accomidation

These are really nice rooms!

6 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Mostly good, but including the fake stave church in Odda is kinda stupid when we have real ones.

6 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

I got married in a fake one, but there's not too many real ones in Germany.

6 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nothing wrong with that, my objection isn't that it's been built. Whatever, it's that a) the people who built it claim it's a stave church, which it most definitely isn't and b) it's not a "sight" worth coming to Norway to see any more than whatever the building next to it is. It's not even trying to be a copy of a stave church on the inside.

6 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I understand that now. 'Ours' was a stave church inside and out. It's in the scandinavian area of Europa Park, and it is the house church of the park owner's family.

Hope you had a great day :)

A wonderful one! Rollercoasters, theme rides, a church building fitting our interests, lovely people all around.
