Something I heard the other day was pointing out the fact that ICE just doesn't have that many agents. They have something like 20k personnel total, not sure what the breakdown for that is. So anytime they do one of these fascist assaults on a city they have to move a significant amount of their people there. And here we can see an effect of that means that a lot of them aren't local and don't understand the basic weather conditions.
Very happy that someone added an appropriate musical soundtrack. I was expecting Yakety Sax or maybe The William Tell Overture Finale. In fact that would be a great score for a compendium of incompetent failed ICE chases caught on camera
