There are a few different types of khachapuri. This is the worst one in my opinion. Megrelian is basically cheese stuffed cheesy bread.

How does one go about eating this?

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Rip off pieces of bread and dip them in the cheese. Other types are easier to eat. They're more like pizza.

I’m doing that tomorrow. 1 sleep to go.

1) Get a cheeseboat, 2) Add runny egg, 3) Consume.

Chef John and his freakishly small wooden spoon.

I trird this recipe and turned out fucking amazing. It's also fairly easy to make.

Dude makes some of the tastiest, yet easiest things I've seen on youtube. His chicken parm dip is painfully delicious!

I love Chef John and his stupid rhymes. Also everything I've done following his recipes have turned out great.

I made his Million Dollar Chicken and it was amazing! And as ah-wheeze... IN-joy...

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I've yet to actually make any of his recipes but I need those mozzarella puffs.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Make sure to try Million Dollar Dip. I did that for New Year's Eve and it was a hit! The only thing I need to point out in that recipe is ->

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

-> that select your mayonnaise wisely. A salty mayonnaise like Hellmann's seems to make the batch way too salty for many.

Was the first thing I saw from Chef John and have been a fan ever since. Still haven't cooked a single thing I've seen, but I watch it all!

Chef John is the shit. I would have never though of putting cayenne pepper in mac & cheese.

"Today on Food Wishes we're making a glass of milk. To start, throw a bit of cayenne pepper in a glass, then pour milk."

Or in everything.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

True, but to be fair, it does work surprisingly well in most things.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That was a fantastic preparation demo that really prepares you to make it. God damn the cadence of his voice drives me insane though.

Yeah, ya love it or hate it.

I couldn't stand it when I first encountered his videos, but over the years it grew on me. Rather fond of it now.
