Given what's been posted today, I'd say that's pretty mild. At least this post involved a woman.

Bacon made from the lining of the womb... i always heard people taste like bacon.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Honestly, it looks like an early, very early miscarriage. Which makes it just awful if it is.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It's not, just for the record.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No, and its easy to determine. The length of flesh has one contiguous membrane. If a fetus, at that size it would have discernible features,

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

and you can see its 2 strips. Nothing wrapped up inside. Endometrial tissue (uterine lining). Still gross but not an abortion, at least.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Any doctologists or menstruation experts know what the fuck that is?

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Uterus lining. It is a natural part of menstruation, but some produces more than others. It is what the egg attaches to and is shred with it

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Shocking when you first get a bit of it, that's a big chunk, but it's normal. I freaked out about my first bit of lining lol.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's a... [something] cast; I think it's a mold of the person's urethra made by built-up menstrual dna. Something like that.

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 4

Nasty. I think my brother-in-law had that

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I'm no menstruatologist, but Google tells me that it looks like regular lining, not decidual cast, though.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

The urethra and vagina are completely seperate. Menstrual blood does not flow through the urethra. What the fuck :D

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Nor do we pee out our vaginas... apparently some men think that's a thing

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Some WOMEN think that's a thing :l I've seen so many, and we all went to school. Wtf

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Decidual cast. When the uterus lining is still intact during and is shredded in one piece instead of in lumps.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

*during menstruation

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

yes! thank you, I couldn't remember the word..

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Woman here... did not know large chunks like that was a thing. #themoreyouknow

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

That's part of the reason women experience period cramps so differently. My wife shreds chunks and 50 ml of blood in a single day.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Even she says that this one is extreme, though.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Omg is that a Fallopian tube?!

8 years ago | Likes 81 Dislikes 10

That's what I was wondering.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

I really hope this comment is a joke...

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I hope not

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

No they are much smaller than that. Some people just shed uterus lining in bigger pieces. I've had it come out whole once. Much pain. 0/7.

8 years ago | Likes 39 Dislikes 2

tell me about it. Felt like being peeled from the inside out

8 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

i'm a woman and i've never heard of that. good god.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Yeah thank god it's not common..

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's just uterine lining that's shed (along with menstrual blood). It's gross but completely normal.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Thick endometrial tissue can be a sign of illness

8 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

Really? Mine is always like that. Should I be worried?

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Mine vary each time. Also birth control can change how it sheds too. Endometriosis is a common cause of this. So nothing bad, just painful.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Endometriose can cause polyps and can be very serious and disabling, it should be monitored

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Most of the time birth control or hormone supplements can fix it if it's too painful. That's what I did.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It's hard to say, depends on hormones , length of your period, age, but normally, it should be very thin like a film not like snot or skin

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

But it could be caused by smt as innocent as dehydration, altho normally periods will come bright red to brown with small pieces

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Crap. I should investigate some more. Mine are always giant humongous globs. Thanks for all the info!! I'm glad I saw your comment

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

ty google doctor but as she said "I menstruated this today" meaning she's on her period... meaning it's completely normal

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

It's literally the first thing doctors look for in a ultra sound test...

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Peeing is normal even if it burns and drips for an hour?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

No, imgur person... There are many factors that can make it normal or not, if there are other symptoms like having leg pain and diarrhea

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

During the cramping phase, it's a sign of endometriosis, which can cause polyps to form and should be checked specially if you're older

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Could be a sign of inflammation, hormonal problems, a lot of other things, just because it's her period it doesn't mean it's surely normal

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Fuck me!!! I literally always have both of those. I'm so so glad I saw your comments today.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Oh my gawd. Ok thats uterus lining. Its normal to shed that during menstruation...but she had to go and effing fry it up...ewww. >.<

8 years ago | Likes 150 Dislikes 1

Um being that I'm a human woman I know it is normal to shed but none of it ever looks like a damn organ.

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Wait...normal???

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 3

Not commonplace by any means, but possible and not a rarity.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

What do you think menstruation is?

8 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

Wait til you hear about cervical mucus

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

During ovulation, the uterus prepares for pregnancy with a lining. If the egg isn't impregnated, egg and lining is shredded from the body 1/

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Along with blood. That's menstruation. 2/2

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Normal or common? 'Cause there's a difference...

8 years ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 1

Common. For some, it is more expressed than for others, but that's what the lumps in menstruation fluid is.

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

It's both normal and common, not mutually exclusive. It's literally what a period is, the shedding of this uterine lining.

8 years ago | Likes 48 Dislikes 1

right, but usually it's just mostly blood, not a full strip of flesh, right?

8 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 0

Hopefully

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Mostly blood but it is common to have bits of lining about this size.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

While normal, it's not exactly common, and it hurts like nothing else. I'd rather burn both sides of both hands than going through that agai

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Sometime your shed blood "blobs" and these can be contained in those blobs. Super unpleasant but welcome to womanhood.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Usually. She probably has bad periods and this is why. I do too and the relief of passing this stuff is incredible. Thank god for BC!

8 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

To put it in a more Metal since for you..the egg exploded with such force, it broke off a piece of her wall

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah, sometimes during heavy periods strings of flesh can be shed, but I've never heard of seen anything like that. Disgusting.
