Neither bell nor collar are good idea for cat. Get ear tattooed n chip implant for ID. Cat throat is very sensitive, easily injured.

It's not entirely for the cat, also quite good for the local bird population. I suppose you don't need it is it's kept inside.

Please remove the Bell, it makes it so the Kitten cant use his stealth properly. And the constant ringning can be harmfull for his hearing.

Keep the Bell, that way you won't step on him. That way you know where he's at at all times.
Thats the problem, a cat needs to be able to hide and sneak around it is nature.

Those nylon collars are harmful to cats, never mind the stupid bell, we don’t buy them anymore. When cats lick themselves...
...especially under the chin, they are licking those collars. A cats rough tongue takes the nylon fibres apart, and ingesting them...
...what was once a smooth new collar, ends up looking much thicker, and not so good for felines.
