Neither bell nor collar are good idea for cat. Get ear tattooed n chip implant for ID. Cat throat is very sensitive, easily injured.

It's not entirely for the cat, also quite good for the local bird population. I suppose you don't need it is it's kept inside.

Please remove the Bell, it makes it so the Kitten cant use his stealth properly. And the constant ringning can be harmfull for his hearing.

...especially under the chin, they are licking those collars. A cats rough tongue takes the nylon fibres apart, and ingesting them...
