Around the same time.
Late 2017. Around my maximum weight. Wasn't taking many full body pictures by this time.
Post weight loss. Just wanted to share what I felt was a major personal accomplishment. Simultaneously completed a bachelor's and then Master's, both in History.
Cat tax to finish. Gompertz and Zebo. Born in march. They're a handful but very affectionate and a lot of fun. Cheers and have a great day.

I do 10-15 minutes of concentrated Excercize every day, plus occasional jogs/long walks. Diet is by far the main thing

This summer I cycled 1500 KMs without any change in diet. I didn't lose a single pound! Diet is definitely the way to lose weight.

I use a little bit of butter (or olive oil), salt, pepper, lemon juice, and parmesan cheese. Better calories than cheese sauce but tasty.

I do intermittent fasting too. Tried keto to start, then just swapped to low calorie. Found the high fat intake to be unsustainable

I'd advise against keto, current medical advice, it is a fad diet. Nothing is proven to be more effective than lasting change to cal intake.
