A really good friend of mine has made a lot of incredible videos on youtube of some absolutely ridiculously awesome things. However, though he keeps going like the legend he is, his views are low. I have asked permission to put his details on here, but I would like to know if this is ok first.
He makes camping vids about NZ, summer autumn and winter camps, loves canoeing and kayaking, he has some incredible Antarctica stuff where he spent 13 months as a chef and one of the sole winter crew during winter. He loves nature, conservation, self reliance, camping and just being outside. Also, every video he uploads has an awesome soundtrack. This man
https://www.youtube.com/@thomasrobinson117 for his youtube, which is awesome and below
instagram.com/thomas.robinson117 for everything he does.
A great lad, true friend and a spartan through and through.
He does swear a bit, and hes an ugly git but we love him him. Hopefully you do too.
Also, I understand that I fucked up the initial meme, sorry.

The best approach is usually to describe what it's about in a way that gets people interested and then have them ask for a link in comments

Well Iām no advertising expert but I know one time I was offered sex to advertise a dish soap. I of course refused because of my strong moral character, almost as strong as Ajax is against grease.

Tommy Robinson doing adventure videos now?
Shouldhavethoughtthisthroughabitbetter
uhm.....no. I... No its maybe someone with a similar name. is tommy robinson someone else?
SpoilsburyToastMan
I'll never understand how you get "Tommy Robinson" from Stephen Christopher Yaxley-Lennon... Horrible little racist cunt that he is.

@vosper might be interested in the Antarctica videos, see how things are done in the NZ station as opposed to the US one. And @Fjallanders is another crazy person who loves camping in entirely unsuitable winter conditions, so he might be interested in those.
VosperOfAntarctica
Thanks @ParallelParkingInABurka, I'll have to check these out!
Fjallanders
Thanks š I'll take a closer look at that
Shouldhavethoughtthisthroughabitbetter
Is @vosper a writer or someone who wants to spend some time on ice?!
ParallelParkingInABurka
He spent the last half year or so in Antarctica, working as a crazy wizard mechanic tool guy at the US station. He made a bunch of posts about it on here. And he plans on going back next season.
Shouldhavethoughtthisthroughabitbetter
Wow... Thats not who I'm talking about..... Tom is... Well, Hes not a fucking wizard.
Shouldhavethoughtthisthroughabitbetter
Actually, Tom is a Wizard, Tom the White.
ParallelParkingInABurka
I mean, he's not a LITERAL wizard. But I forgot his official job description and I know he made machine parts and tools from scratch, which is as good as magic as far as I am concerned.
VosperOfAntarctica
HEY! I'm a bit a LITERAL Wizard! My title was machinist, but I was effectively the inventor in residence at McMurdo. It was awesome, and I'm looking forward to going back in October
Shouldhavethoughtthisthroughabitbetter
I saw those vids, made some hitches on a laithe and returned a shaft? yeah, totally awesome stuff, that dude was incredible. Ive seen the machine shop at McM, some incredible machinery and some absolutely ridiculously talented engineers, skill levels above and beyond.
