Every day that you Americans as a collective People allow him and his fascists to stay in power is another day you push the entire world toward oblivion.
If even 10% of you acted like nothing was more important than protecting your own children from growing up in a Nazi dictatorship, or from climate armageddon, USA and the world would be a safer place.
If my kids don't die in war to defend the Free World from you, they may die when the world becomes too inhospitable to let any of us keep living here. At a time when we needed intelligent, morally sound, science-respecting leaders more than ever, you lot RE-elected someone the entire world knew was anti-science, anti-environment, singing "Drill baby drill" to the tune of our future generations facing the extinction event of our own kind. USA should have lead the charge on this issue, and instead is the biggest deadweight pulling all of humanity into the abyss.

You can downvote me and abuse me as so many already have. Stalk me and downvote all my comments (even when I say a puppy's cute) with multiple accounts as at least one of you is, even. I don't care. A lot of us in my country and the world cannot believe how much you as a People have failed so f*cking miserably to unite and resist and throw out the Nazis and pedophiles you instead bow down to. Your Nazi-hunting ancestors are turning in their graves. And yes yes I know you're not all the same. "The American People are not a monolith", etc.

However, less than a third of you voted against him, despite staring down the barrel of all this that you and the world knew would happen if he got re-elected. And to this day, we don't see you removing him. So much for all your BS slogans, about your "Land of the Free, Home of the Brave".

No. The largest deregulation in US history will be when he (officially) decriminalizes sex with minors. (wish I was joking)

America, you're a threat to world peace. You always have been, but now you're it even more. Please do something.

From the article:

"Environmental groups say the move is by far the most significant rollback on climate change yet attempted and are set to challenge it in the courts."

So - what's happened here is Donny talked out his ass, will try something not within his power, and the courts will shut it down. On the incredibly off chance he succeeds, progressive states like CA will make their own laws and most manufacturers will obey them because losing CA as a market is huge.

Understand that all protection laws - all of them - are written in blood.

We don't make new laws for funsies. We make them because people died, nearly always because someone somewhere was trying to maximize their profits.

This is donny killing people because he thinks money is more important. ITMFA.

And here i was just joking about Trump being jelous that China pollutes way more than the US.

And this is just carte blanche for countries like China and Russia to keep polluting more. Because if US does this, why shouldn't they?

A brutal civilisational collapse is pretty much the only way to cleanse such a crime slate.

Fallout, anyone?

Some American companies will take advantage of this, but most won't. They know this won't last past trump and they would lose money in the long run.

The same as how they ignored his request to invest in Venezuelan oil.

"The White House calls it the largest deregulation in US history, but environmentalists say it will prove costly for Americans." What is that "but" doing in there? Those are not contradictory statements! Reading further, it honestly seems like the article is so busy sounding "neutral" that it totally misses the _point_ of contention, here.

How about another large deregulation. Abolish all regulation around theft, whatever you can take by force is yours. If a person is not able to defend their property they don’t deserve to keep it.

Ice is already doing that

That genuinely seems to be what his voter base fantasize about, always with the assumption that _they_ of course have the force to take and keep whatever they want. Everybody thinks they're Lord Humungus rather than one of the millions of unnamed skeletons littering the desert.

That was exactly the point made by the USA in the Greenland affair. Denmark cannot defend it, the therefore the USA should have it.
