Psychotic Neighbors: Epilogue

Hello, friends and Imgur-family. ChefShwasty here, and some of you wanted an update on how the whole neighbor thing panned out. The last thing I posted on the matter was this picture above, saying "here we go again." That was... Months ago. As you can tell by the ground being wet, and the fact that it's July, I haven't really said much about the new neighbors.

The reception for this entire thing has been bizarre. I've made friends, received letters, and somebody fucking drew me! That made me grin like a big moron. I've been the person who always wanted to ask for a caricature or something at the State Fair, but never had enough confidence.

But, through a network, we've also managed to do some good. Over $14,000 for a girl with a rare bone marrow disease (https://www.gofundme.com/SuperPenelope and https://www.facebook.com/SuperPenelope/?hc_ref=NEWSFEED&fref=nf SHE'S DOING REALLY WELL), and thousands of dollars worth in goods for the local Humane Society (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hzjsEKCS5mc).

This thing took off, and thanks to great people like you, a shitty situation has been turned into something positive.
