I watched the whole thing just to find out what a gear knob is. Then I was like, oh duh, that kind of gear knob.

I'm not sure you should be operating that table saw work only one hand.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

What is this used for?

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I read "gear knob" and thought cogs. Until I recognized it as a gear knob. Cool.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Anyone else upset about that absolute mess of glue all over the clamp?

5 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Yes. Not sure what that's about. Someone's exceedingly messy!

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

How was the gear scheme on top done exactly?

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

What kind of skateboard needs a gear kno... oh.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm not 100% sure that ToT hasn't been making gear knobs instead of finishing the MAHO.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Just a bit

5 years ago | Likes 36 Dislikes 0

Did you have a spindexer for making the dimples, or just super careful measuring?

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Guys guys it's ok, I believe it's called Stience

Every hand you shake, has had a dick in it at some point. Happy Sunday funday!!

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Except for us lesbian folks.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Or those of us who have legit never had snu-snu. Folks who shake hands with me don't have to worry about that statistic. lol

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But you've shaken a man's hand correct?

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That's a degree of separation. Doesn't count. ;)

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Amazing, bet it feels real nice in the hand

5 years ago | Likes 187 Dislikes 1

I would have thought that it would................... shred your palms?

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I mean who doesn't enjoy handling a well-polished knob now and again?

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Sorry.. Couldn't resist

5 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

That's what she said

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

We all thought it

5 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Is there a trick so that when it's tightened it gets aligned correctly. I would have waited to glue the insert but it would make turning 1/2

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

more difficult. After thinking a moment, test fit before labeling and mark it so it can be oriented correctly. 2/2

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Locknut goes on under the knob, otherwise the knob just spins off after a while.

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Or put some Loctite on the threads, works wonders.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Gotcha, hadn't thought of that. Thanks for the reply.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Sometimes called a jam-nut (for the nuts that are about half as thick)

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I've never seen a locknut on a factory shift knob

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Because they're often glued in place, or press-fit these days. Threaded on shift knobs stopped being a factory thing around 2000 or so.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

really? both of my 2007's were screwed on.
