My 2 Year 200 LB Weight Loss Transformation Journey: https://youtu.be/9q0SYEU0KHI
This video covers my 2 year weight loss journey. I started out at 408 lbs, and I dieted down to 200 lbs, and currently I am around 218 lbs. Lost over 200 lbs over the course of this journey. I discuss my weight loss methods, my mindset and how it affected me psychologically, and how I ultimately developed an eating disorder and body image issues.

He's going bald!!! He's turning into One Punch Man!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Awesome! Serious question, does skin tighten back up naturally or do you have to remove it?

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

You will still feel amazing

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Depends on your age, hydration, starting weight, length of time at highest weight, amount of time at lowest, and sheer luck.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Supposedly over a long period of time the skin will tighten, especially if I increase my lean body mass enough.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Seriously though great work.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He's doing a great job with his training to regain elasticity. But i don't think the skin would be fully recover naturally. Luckily he 1/?

have not a real fat apron so he wouldn't need a big amount of surgery to remove it.

Yeah boyyyy-eee!

Keep after it mate,

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Looks like your regaining some of the elasticity is your skin. Awesome job!

I'd even be willing - dare say - contribute to a GoFundMe to help him finalize this with skin surgery if he qualifies.

Gastric bypass surgery

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 34

I've had gastric bypass... he doesn't have the scars on his stomach. Not that it should matter.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Oddly enough op and my mother (Im his brother) both got lap band surgery. Didnt fix the issue. Gastric may be a bit different

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Lifting weights helps with this a lot. More so while losing the weight but helps after as well.

9 years ago | Likes 33 Dislikes 1

He did and does do a ton of weight lifting.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

... Which is probably why the elasticity is coming back to his skin.

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

How are you doing with the eating disorder now, OP?

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

I'm gonna go with gastric bypass surgery

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 11

And how, exactly, did he have that surgery and have no scars?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's a daily struggle, I am currently focusing on increasing my calories gradually so that I don't gain too quickly.

9 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 1

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I explained my process in the video, I know it's long but I think it's worth it if you have the time. :)

I mean this with no disrespect, but I know it's going to sound vain and I'm sorry. But I've struggled with my weight all my life and 1/

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

2/ I'm currently working on losing it. But when I see photos like this reality sinks in that I'm not going to be attractive (female) whether

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

3/ I lose weight or not because of the skin elasticity that happens. It makes me feel like I'm damned if I do or don't, but I guess health

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

4/ is more important. I just would like for once to feel attractive and I know even if I loss the weight I'm going to still have plenty of

5/5 body issues. I feel like men can get away with it more though, and I think you look great.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

How do you figure men can get away with it easier? Genuinely curious
