Doing a 360° on a water slide.

I prefer my neck unsnapped, thank you very much.

Ouchies

I am a fat guy. I am afraid I would achieve orbit at the end.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

i wonder how light you'd have to be to not make the loop

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I started to watch and the Imgur app decided to die on me. Probably of fright...

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

great nips

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's a flip. a 360 is a spin

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Does it matter what direction you rotate 360° in? Still technically a 360 imo, well actually 720 as he did a flip at the end too.

Reminds me of https://www.nytimes.com/2018/03/26/us/waterslide-boy-decapitated-charges.html

That news story still makes me nauseous. So incredibly sad

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thanks, now I have to change my pants. I think I peed myself a little bit.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Sus

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That is amazing footage! I kinda felt the ca-chunk of the drop in the loop.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If it were well designed that wouldn't have happened---means they were falling for that last part of the loop.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I felt that in my stomach.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

There was no 360. A loop, yes. A backflip, yes. No 360. This post is a lie.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I've jumped out a plane. I've done ziplines around the world. I was a gymnast. NO F'ING WAY I'm going on that thing.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

More of a loopty loop than a 360...I thought he was gonna spin and was really confused on how lo

5 years ago | Likes 45 Dislikes 2

Me too. I was thinking, "there's going to be some broken limbs if they try a 360 with those wooden supports in the way."

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, it's a loop and a backflip no 360s here boys

5 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 2

I vaguely remember people dying trying to do things like this

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

isn't it all just math? like once you get the math right, it's trivial. i remember with cars, keeping a constant speed matters most

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah it’s all math but when you start getting water involved the math gets trickier and harder to correctly reproduce in real life.

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

trick is to use lube instead of water

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Isn't it always

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Dammit I was mid poop when the loop hit and it made me clench

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

After that kid got beheaded on a waterslide a few years ago, this seems like a really smart idea.

I was all set to go to that park and try out that slide, and then they had to close it like a week earlier :( also I feel bad for the kid

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

The kid was way too small and should not have been allowed on that slide. It was operator error and now I'll never get to ride it.

I'm worried about the overweight person who doesn't achieve escape velocity on the loopy-loop, and belly flops on the bottom?

5 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Bye bye ribcage!

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

As an overweight person, this was my first thought too. that, or not having enough momentum to hit the pool at the end.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Escape velocity is the speed that you need to escape the gravitational pull of Earth. If you’re hitting 25,020 mph you’re in for a bad time.

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

This is called the ripping tearing tide

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No that's a different slide

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

what could possibly go wrong?

5 years ago | Likes 128 Dislikes 3

Biggest concern is the camera turning off right before the loop.

5 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Yes

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He could lose his trunks ...

5 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Can’t we have just a little of the peril?

5 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

After the catastrophe that is 2020, you are brave.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

No, it's too perilous.

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

It looks like one of those air mats for gymnastics...

5 years ago | Likes 40 Dislikes 0

Looks inflatable.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It is, but I still don't want to land on it like that.

5 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

It is called airtrack imho

5 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

None, but they gonna die in the grave pool later...

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I think Action Park actually had one of these https://youtu.be/flkW-ceNvck

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

It did and breaking your nose in the loop was the most common injury

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

This is truly not dangerous enough for them, lezzzbehonest

5 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 1

They had a loop de loop water slide there, apparently you’d lose momentum if you were small and you’d bash your head against the insidearch

5 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Yeah, they only had it for one summer and considering all the dangerous attractions they kept open that water slide must've been pretty bad.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Schlitterbahn in Kansas City had this, they didn’t even need a loop to make it deadly tho
