I mean if you've got some

You guys should watch 'hail satan?' Documentary on hulu. DnD was considered satan worshipping. Parents called the police when kids played it

I would love some D&D sir, and if I had friends I would share it with them.

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Lol. Nice.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Would love to play but don't really know how or have anyone to play with

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Laura Bailey is hot. That is all.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yep, both Travis and Matt are damn fortunate men.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Mitch Hedberg and James Spader.

6 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 0

Yes! At a glance, that is always that I think.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

OMFG you see them, too?!!?? But, it can't be, right?

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Last night our half-orc paladin picked up a dead goblin and hit a hobgoblin with it, rolled a nat 20 and ended up oneshotting the poor fool.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You got the rocks? Hell yeah, 20 sided!

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Dungeons and Drugeons

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thought that was Mitch Hedburg for a second

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Me, too!!

Matthew Mercer also known as the voice of MCCREE and many more, cool guy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3658C2y4LlA

6 years ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 0

Most importantly, he is D&D Jesus

6 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 0

I got to play with him once, or someone that sounded identical. Someone kept going, "Its hiiiigh nooon" in exactly the right voice 1/?

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

there's a video on YT of him playing with Winston voice actor Crispin Freeman and them just talking as their character the whole time

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

the team would freak out, and nothing happened. Near the end of the match, in the last 30 seconds, we hear, "Its Eleven forty fiiiive." 2/?

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

there was just silence for about 3 seconds, then "WHAT?!" ... and the game ended, point wasn't contested, everyone was just freaking 3/4

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I later heard in an interview that he likes to do that just to fuck with people in game. Still my favorite moment in game. 4/4

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I'm halfway through season one. It's a slog! No shame in 1.25x speed and skipping some talky. It's still hundreds of hours to get through!

6 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 2

My job is very boring which allows me to focus on crut role. I started at the end of July and im almost done

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Currently on episode 42 of Campaign 1, and current with Campaign 2. Kinda cool to see how the process is evolving.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

i'm an episode and a half behind campaign 2

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No new show next Thursday so you have time to catch up.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

2x speed and I can somehow pay attention to everything for the most part.... I'm basically caught up and have to wait for a backlog to form

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Holy shit, this is genius. I'm at the same spot and feeling the same thing.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I've taken to reading transcripts, I just don't have the attention span for four + hours podcasts with such a massive backlog

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Are you watching on youtube? How do you speed it up?

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

youtube is easy to speed up. click the settings gear and change the playback speed

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I started with C2. Production is much better and doesn't really reference C1 too much

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I started s1, dumped it to watch s2 up to date, then went back to s1, still only half way through

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I’ve listened to the first campaign about six times in its entirety just driving to work/home

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Six times? Do you work on the moon?

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Two hour commute in morning and three in afternoon, five days a week. 25 hours per week, 100 hours a month. Roughly 30 episodes a month

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Crit roles campaign has just been made canon in the D&D multiverse via a short passage about them in a upcoming adventure guide

6 years ago | Likes 255 Dislikes 2

Afraid to ask but... What is Crit Roles?

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Critical Role. Nerdy ass voice actors playing DnD. Broadcast on Twitch and post the sessions on Youtube. Very entertaining

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Wohhwohhwoooh!

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Matt Mercer appears in a source book somewhere I think

6 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

I think he consulted on Waterdeep Dragon Heist

6 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

Wizards of the Coast realized long ago just how important Critical Role was to promoting DnD to a new generation. Same with DnD Beyond.

6 years ago | Likes 146 Dislikes 1

As a very new player to dnd... what's critical role?

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's a streamed dnd game hosted by Matt Mercer, they play every week. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=byva0hOj8CU&t=1s

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It's a live broadcast where a group of very talented voice actors get together and play Dungeons and Dragons. Very well-made.

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

So guys...DnD Beyond

6 years ago | Likes 60 Dislikes 0

I wrote a radio play. Dust ebola.

6 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

I'd love to here it. Got a link?

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

What do you mean it's been made canon? Every world is to the DMs design, it's not like it has to contain specific events do be called D&D.

6 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 7

It means that in an official adventure references to the Critical Role world will be made.

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Wizards of the coast have a 'multiverse' of their official adventures. Crit roles game has been acknowledged in one

6 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 0

Yes, but there is an official overarching canon mostly relating to dates and world events, such as various gods existing or becoming evil

6 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 1

D&D is just a rules framework. It may have been made canon for a specific setting, but there's no such thing as general D&D canon.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 4

No, D&D is the game created/owned by WotC. So anything published by them is official where as everything else is homebrew

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Official, yes. Canon, no. It could be canon in a specific setting (whether official or not), but not to D&D in its entirety.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

Thats not to say they cant coexist but that the official is tailored to work together but your cr99999 rainbow sharting frogs dont as much
