That REALLY depends. I find most of the time if I get one fresh out of the oven it's slightly undercooked, presumably so it can sit in the
heatbox longer w/o being overcooked. If you take than home and pop it in the oven for 5-10m, it's great - or if you get one that's been in
the heatbox for juuuuuust the right amount of time... (I still preferred the skinny square pizzas they made a couple of decades ago tho)
