No problem...

Guy doesn't pay his $1 parking fee, so city invests $374,247,257 on machine that will teach them a lesson!

Prime example of how society responds to law breakers by making this machine. Wish the same approach happened with more serious offenders.

How did he get those under the tires? Expected it under the frame, but under the tires?!

Cool

It amazes me how easy i is to steal a car. What a time to be alive!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

This is the best tow truck ever; no damage to the car, done in seconds, operator doesn't get exposed to angry drivers. Brilliant design.

I like how the delivery boy just occupies its space straight away.

Car thieves have really gotten creative

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'm actually quite surprised how easily the forks slide under the wheels

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 2

No, wait. It grabs the wheels instead of sliding under them. That is quite impressive.

Genius

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I need 1 of those for a totally legitimate business idea I just had.

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

Gone in 53 seconds

9 years ago | Likes 79 Dislikes 1

It goes under he wheels which is impressive

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Ya how?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

that's some mighty fine machinery, I tell you hwat

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

I was thinking it would be cool to have a truck like this to deal with asses who park in no parking zones. check in and boom find this post

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I like the one with the Maybach where the tow truck couldn't lift it

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Sweet. Can regular tow trucks even impound parallel parked cars?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

What? No ticket no nothing, your car is gone when you come back?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

yes, so you call the cops, they tell you it got impounded (if its already in the system), then you can pay a ticket + $500 in towing cost.

LOVE the pizza guy swoopin in on that sweet spot!

I just thought of something. If I had a tow truck, no one would question me stealing cars that parked stupid

9 years ago | Likes 314 Dislikes 0

Happens all the time. Friends old project truck was stolen right out of his front yard in daylight. Like 2 neighbors said a tow truck <

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 2

>picked it up. They THOUGHT it was white with blue lettering. Never found it. Repo guys do it all the time too.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I guess you know what you need to do now.

9 years ago | Likes 73 Dislikes 0

Star in horror films?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That tow truck costs a hell of a lot of money. Maybe just buy yourself a nice (reasonably priced) car.

9 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 0

Are you suggesting it isn't profitable to steal cars?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He said A tow truck, not that one.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Steal a tow truck.

9 years ago | Likes 46 Dislikes 0

With a bigger tow truck you already stole.

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

i like how you think

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

A wrongfully parked tow truck !

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

but if i steal cars, it would make up for it.

9 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

Those trucks are rare and specialised, police will track you soon.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Do what makes your heart happy, but stealing cars sounds exhausting. I don't like doing stuff, or "moving around" too much.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It's literally sitting in a truck, he didn't even have to get out.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 5

A fishing pole cost more than a fish.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

A fishing pole doesn't cost a few years worth of middle class income.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

A fishing pole does not get you a car each time you use it either.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If a few years of middle class income could snag a year of middle/lower class income several times a day, would that be a sound investment

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Depends on the fish. Bluefin Tuna can go for as much as $3,000/lb or more.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Also, if you just want a counter of pole cost vs fish value http://www.sportfishingmag.com/most-expensive-fishing-lures-in-world

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yes, but to get a Bluefin Tuna you need to go deep sea fishing, which adds a boat to the cost of collection.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That goes for any decent size eatin' fish. Even if it's just a 12' runabout, you have to leave the bank to get at the good fish.

9 years ago | Likes 0 Dislikes 0

Impressive mechanics and hydraulics. Unimpressed bad parker.

9 years ago | Likes 275 Dislikes 1

I see how it's supposedly physically possible - the forks pull together to get under the wheels. But if that doesn't break the parking pin,»

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

then bouncing around on the back of a truck, completely unsecured, will have a good chance at it. I'd like to see their solution to having »

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

it roll off the back and crush the person behind them.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And we don't have these in the states why?

9 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 1

Our laws are so bad regarding towing. You don't want the tech to improve here at all. They'd abuse it even further.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

That, that's the only argument that counts haha

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

We just passed a city bilaw that no out of town tow trucks are allowed to tow our cars out of the city. It was ridiculous!

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I forgot to mention.... without the owners consent.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Because our roads are big and we don't need specialized trucks to tow people

9 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 1

You mean like tow trucks?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Lol I mean we don't need special tow trucks to only pick up cars from the side. Come on buddy you could figure that out

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I would say that that the convenience of that type of truck is impressive. Less time and less space to move cars. And no broken brakes

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

It's probably more expensive to produce

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Definitely

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

But I'm saying it's not necessary in America and it really wouldn't work consider how little parallel parking their is outside of cities

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Outside of populated cities, no you wouldn't but anywhere with one way narrow streets and douchebags, pretty helpful, plus it takes 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

less effort, say if a car is parked bumper to bumper, like when i happened to my car, not the easiest way to get it out 2/2
