Soldering experts needed

My USB stopped being recognized by computers, so I opened her up and found the these ?corrosion points? on the underside of where the USB head mounts onto the board. Is this repairable with a patchwork job that would allow me to retrieve the data off of the USB?

That's the mounting lugs, cracked the solder. You may have broken the connector pins.

Those are only support lugs for the hood. And that just looks like flux residue, but you could try heating those joints to reflow them. 1/2
