Now that you know that you can accomplish things that might not have been possible, dream another goal and see where that takes you.

Probably the feminists fault. They teach us to hate ourselves. Many of them are mothers or work in schools/kindergartens.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This is what we in the business like to call trouble shooting.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

get a girl

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Are you me??

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's almost as if the weight is a symptom, not the cause.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Try shooting up with 2-3 canabis. Will make u gain some weight again. But atleast u will be happy about it

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Damn. I'm trying to do this. Thanks for spoiling the ending jerkerooni.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Well, if there's nothing in your life you can point to that's truly dysfunctional, consider asking your doctor about antidepressants

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

You'll know whether or not they work within a month, and for people that have relatively normal lives that are still depressed, it works

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Well, keep working at other problems till you don't hate yourself anymore. The longer it takes, the better you'll end up becoming.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Well now you are just piece of shit not fat piece of shit :)

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Maybe is the hair ?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

go for a hike now that you can, smoke some weed in nature. It's the fucking best

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The key is to hate something more than yourself.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

True. Or at least find something outside yourself to focus on.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yep. Now we got body dixmorphia too or whatever its called.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But now you have less you to hate.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

God, I hope this isn't me.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Same.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Because the substance (food) is the symptom, the cause comes from your head & body. I heard overeaters anon works, if you work at it :) x

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Have you tried turning the hate off and on again?

9 years ago | Likes 811 Dislikes 4

Thanks! That worked!

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

i fully embraced the hate. am i doing something wrong?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

As a (thankfully) former Tech support guy, You made me LOL. +1

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Have you checked to make sure that the self-hate is plugged in all the way?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Try leaving it off for now

9 years ago | Likes 103 Dislikes 1

Sound advixe

9 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

I tried but somehow I just double activated it.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Saw this last minute. Came back to upvote

I've tried, but I can't find an off switch. Just this smokable reset button.

9 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 0

God I miss smoking.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I let myself go fat because I had problems. That way, by being fat, I thought it would be a good reason to reject me.

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Sad

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Go deeper, we often look into the symptoms of our problems, but we must go to the source of our pain to be able to transform it

9 years ago | Likes 57 Dislikes 4

But what does that even mean?

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 2

We think that what we hate is something outward and if we can just "fix" ourselves (lose weight, get money/friends) we'll feel 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

better about ourselves, but that thinking is backwards. Satisfaction comes from within, and everything else is superficial.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Shift the focus onto other people. Much harder to hate yourself when doing things for others. Less time for self reflection for a start.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

only problem with that is when you have no one do do things with, even when you do there are just times when you are alone and it can suck

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Volunteer. If you wear yourself out a bit you'll be too tired to self loathe when you're home alone. At least, this is how it was for me.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Failing that, video games ;)

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

See this is where people go wrong if you want to stop hating yourself you need to self project that hate onto someone or something else 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

For example Greg down the street (FUCK YOU GREG). just wait until your next existential crisis. you'll be well equipped to feel with 2/2

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The inevitability of your own failures by blaming that fucking asshat Greg. Greg sucks huge donkey balls. 3/2

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Deal *

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yep. Go see a doctor, medication helps.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Hey, it's a problem you won't have to worry about anymore. It's a start! :)

9 years ago | Likes 443 Dislikes 9

For real, you DID something HUGE that 70%+ of us never work up the nerve to do. That's something to be proud of, despite the self-hatred.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

As a thin person, seeing how miserable overweight people can be about their image, I make sure to appreciate what I have.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Hahah, you must never have battled weight loss and depression at the same time. hint: the weight comes back and you feel worse. =(

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 4

yeah but usually when you work out, your body chemistry improves which improves how your body feels. and that can help reduce depression.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

Can confirm. Lost it w/ healthy lifestyle but brutal depression & abusive ship; perfect ship now, fattest I've ever been, still depressed

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Me too. That's why I gained it back and lost it again and gained it back and lost it again...endless cycle. Not all weight loss is good.

9 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

The reason you want to lose weight is important. 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

2/2 If you lose weight because you want to be healthier and respect your body, you may have better success.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Even if you don't feel a change now, being healthier can make you happier in the long run.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 2

Positive thinking assholes are scientifically proven to be less empathetic. It's called depression dude.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 5

Exercise helps with most mood disorders. It helps my crippling anxiety and improves my overall mood even though I fucking HATE exercise.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I agree but exercising regularly doesn't mean you are thin.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And not exercising doesn't mean you are fat. But exercise is just one of those rare things that is always good... in moderation.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Take advantage of the self loathing, get into distance running.

9 years ago | Likes 167 Dislikes 5

So much truth in this. lol

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I absolutely HATE every second I run. But I ain't diabetes' bitch.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I love that they have a series of marathons.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That was quite the journey. Thanks for the link.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

But of course. Hits home for me too.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I started running because I hated my body. Now I can run really far, actually really enjoy it, and realized that I will never like my body.

9 years ago | Likes 52 Dislikes 0

This. This so much.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Why not?

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

I'll never like my body because it conned me into a toxic relationship and then stole my kidney.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I think it's pretty common with women. I just don't like how i look even though it's mostly in my head. I'm getting better about it though!

9 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 0

I'm sorry you feel this way, can I ask how old you are? I was really insecure when I was younger, I'm 25 now and am learning to love my (1/2

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Body, not just for the way it looks (i've got my lumps and bumps, but they're a part of me) but also for what it's capable off.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm a dude and I can relate. I know I will probably never "love" my body and it has nothing to do with body fat or muscle mass.

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Also, running is one of the only times I feel badass and confident, so I'm going to keep doing that as well! At least I'll be healthy.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

That is good to hear. My self loathing has a lot to do with hormone levels and blood sugar. Running helps regulate it a lot.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Makes sense, running has helped me cope with depression for many years now which is also hormone imbalance related.
