This "information" comes from Ministry of Health in Gaza which is literally Hamas - a fact they don't hide.
As of last week the GHF had distributed more than 33 million meals to Gaza over the span of a month. Since Oct 7 1.8 million tons of aid have been delivered to Gaza including 1.3 million tons of food, with private organizations like World Food Bank delivering millions of tons more. These are absolutely unprecedented levels of aid to any military zone, let alone between adversaries

You're right. We can't trust the Ministry of Health in Gaza. They claim Israel has only killed ~50,000, the majority of whom are adults, when Israel's numbers claim that they have killed 377,000 Palestinians in Gaza, the majority of whom are children.
Stop spreading Hamas lies and listen to Israel instead. The valiant butchers of the IDF have murdered more than a third of a million civilians and are raising their count every single day!

The kids with limbs amputated after shootings and bombings? The X-rays of kids with sniper wounds to head/torso? The TESTIMONY of foreign Doctors who have volunteered within Gaza of mass casualty events after gathering at Aid sites??
