This game had the best lightsaber combat to date - and it came out over a decade ago.

This game blew me away when it first came out in 2003, and people still talk about it today. I posted this a while ago, but this time I've got actual images in place of screenshots.

Aside from the awesome lightsaber combat, who else thought the story was pretty kickass too? (Fuck you Rosh)

Remember those multiplayer battles, RP servers and golden moments you could create with your pals? Christ games aren't the same any more....

You could take on like twenty of these assholes at a time depending on how badass you were, the game was easy to pick up but hard to master - offering enough customisation (lightsabers, stances and force abilities) to create tense multiplayer battles and endless replayability

Did anyone else mod the shit out of this game? I sure did, and even today people continue to make mods and add content for it - that's how competent the combat system was. It wasn't perfect, had its flaws of course. You had far more control over your own movement than you did over the movement of the sabres, but the amount of animations alone kept every battle entertaining and unique. Edit: some guy mentioned Movie Battles the mod - I highly recommend it if you have this game. It lets you play as any character from any of the movies in any of the major battles/duels. Pretty awesome stuff

They even have Rebels content out now guys, definitely worth checking out, the games on steam, cheap too. So if your a Star Wars fan and by some miracle you haven't heard of this game - buy the shit out of it right now!
