I did this John Wick today in 4 hours. I'm not really good at drawing but I'm really proud of this and wanted to share it with you.

Enjoy the Boogeyman.

Edit: Well, I'm sorry for calling me "not really good", people get offended over that kind of things. But that's the first time I'm proud of what I draw. I say I'm not really good because I know what my other drawings look like. (I have a deviantart page if you're curious, but seriously that's not even close to what I did here)

And to people calling it fishing for compliments, as a drawer, I don't really care. Compliments are always cool, but what makes me go forth are constructive criticisms.

How long did you spend on shading the upper lip?

Amazing! You should continue with your drawing, art is such a great source of energy and good feelings and you clearly have some talent!

I know where you're coming from when you say you don't think you're that good. Self criticism is the best criticism. Keep up the good work.

He's not the Boogeyman dammit. He's the one you send to kill the fuckin boogeyman.

If you think you're not good keep drawing because you are a damn god!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

"not good at drawing" but this looks like a painting so I won't downvote you. but seriously stop fishing for compliments.

Fuck everyone being negative . Keep up the good work :D

The circle heads on my stick figures have a start point and an end point. THAT is not good at drawing. This is amazing.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Kind of looks like Adam Jensen

"4 hours" "Not really good at drawing" "John Wick"

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

it would be awesome if it would be gif and if it would blink after 10 seconds

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Does anybody see this moving?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

We tend to be our own worst critic. I would say you're pretty dang good at drawing. Depth and shading are hard to do!!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

This looks like a picture of the Celebrity Deathmatch version of John Wick.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Is it just me or are his eyes shifted left?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Dude, haters hate. You did a good job =)

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Great work OP!

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I like how people say "Im not very good at drawning" But they still manage to be atleast 3.5 times better than me

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 4

Well, I understand why people complain. But people didn't see my original drawings. :D

When you strive to be a master, you can only see yourself as a student always with more to learn.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Oh eat a dick with this "I'm not good at drawing" bullshit. I can barely write my own name legibly. Twatmuffin.

9 years ago | Likes 318 Dislikes 19

Have you tried drawing your name?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Hmmm. You might be onto something

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This is actually my signature

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

I actually regularly use the term "twat muffin". I'm both excited and appalled that it exists in the actual world

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I made an edit to explain it. That wasn't my intention in a first place. Just about my other drawings I don't share because shame and all.

9 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 22

Get over it if you're gonna share. I draw everything I make on fucking sticky notes and throw them away, regardless of any compliments.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

But you know good and well people over the internet will never take kindly to that kind of modesty, as it always comes across as bullshit

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Wow, you really misspelled Jackdog77. You weren't kidding.

Term of endearment

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Oh, and sorry about your name writing, I suck at it too, beside my drawings.

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 22

I'm not really good either. I drew this the other day and was really proud of it.

9 years ago | Likes 40 Dislikes 2

Reminds me of the Dilbert comics and those are pretty great.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

We all start somewhere. :D

9 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 4

Constructive criticism. Your details are great, but the face is off center. Look how the widows peak seems to center over the left eye 1/?

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

It doesn't line up with the middle of the rest of the features, and makes it look a little wonky, if everything was shifted to the right 2/?

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

And maybe a little bit up, it would look a little more "real." Honestly it's terrific, but you can always improve. Keep it up! 3/3

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Thanks for this. I'll sure train it. :)

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Fishing for compliments. The equivalent of girls captioning selfies with "omg im so ugly" in the hopes of getting praise on FB. Shame.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

Yeah it's like no need to be modest or anything instead it's "I'm so proud of my fantastic drawing I'm a genius".

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No, most artists who havent been drawing and sharing their work for years think they suck. One of the hardest challenges I had/have is 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Taking compliments seriously. We just assume you are being nice and dont actually like anything about it.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

"We" aren't your mom. We're strangers on the internet who will tell you when it sucks. This is plain old fishing for compliments.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I have a deviantart page and that's all, I don't share what I'm not even proud of, that would be useless being called shit for nothing.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thanks. I'm not sharing my other drawings. I share with one because I'm confident with its potential. But I won't be able to do it everyday

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

looks like someone poked him in the eye with a pickle

9 years ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 6

That made me laugh way harder than it should've.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Or a pencil :D

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

With a fucking pencil

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Who the fuck does that

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Hey, that's really rad! What's important is that you enjoyed making it! Some advice, you should let the shoulders go to the edge of the 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

page so that his head doesn't look so large. Another thing to learn about is that what is dark in light becomes light in shadow. it's 2/3

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

hard to explain via text so I'll try to find a visual to explain what I mean. But it really helps shadows become believable!

reacts to light reflecting off facial features. So on the right cheekbone the darkest area should be where the left cheek bones highlight is

Thanks for the advice. :)
