Legs lifted up to force my body to be more parrallel to floor. This decreases pressure on shoulder making the movement more shoulder friendly. 180lbs + 22lbs

Yeah your elbows don't have to go that far straight. Your hips shouldn't move forward

Good point. I tuck my legs up to force my body to be more parrallel with the floor. It makes the movement feel very shoulder friendly.
