I worked at this airline for a summer internship in their corporate headquarters. I plan to go back when I graduate as they have amazing culture. The entire company works together to make sure the customer or guest as we like to call them has an amazing experience.

I haven't had one issue with Westjet, they're always better than Air Canada exactly because they don't feel like they're just forcing smiles
