Hi all. So I woke up this morning to FP! Woohoo never got even close before. But I'm away on holidays and no pc so no edits to the original post.

Firstly there has been a lot of negative comments and suspicions about my results. I am not affiliated with any company and I am not paid. I'm just a normal person who was sick of how I looked and felt. I did a google search for 12 week challenges to join because I wanted a change and my goal was this summer. I found one that would work for my timeframe. It was basically 8 1/2 weeks.

Here is the finished outcome. It was 100% completed in 60 days with no cheating only hard work in the gym and eating clean. Many people have an issue with oil in the second pic. I used no oil it was just sweat as I did a small workout just before so that I could look my best. It was taken in the morning by my wife with my phone camera. No special lights and just at my house.

All right down to how I did it for the people who generally wanted to know. The challenge was online so I had to do it all by myself. They give you the workouts, nutritional eating plan and what supplements to take. I began with a starting weight of 85.6kg. I have a few weights and bench at home and a gym at work which is where I worked out. The above pic is the last week of workouts that I did. When I am back home I will post the full exercise program (this is all I have on my phone). In all the sessions I did weights that allowed me to reach the last two sets but fail on the last two reps. I also raised my weight each week. The first few weeks you have two days workout then a rest day. These are important for muscle growth and recovery. Also every week I did 3-4 fasted cardio sessions before breakfast. This was generally walking. I did no other cardio just weights.

So the meals each week were great. You could choose from 7 plans each 4 week block. I chose to eat one plan per week so I could cook up for the entire week and prep. Just meant I ate the same meals for a whole week. I froze my dinners and lunch, all I had to do was reheat. Saved a lot of time and made it easier when I was tired. I am still sticking with the meals. I am on meal plan 5 as above. All these plans are suited to my body weight of 80kg-90kg which only changes the ingredient serves.

Banana pancakes for scale.

Meal prep for spaghetti.

Another progress shot showing my home gym set up.

Right on to supplements. I used a thermogenic and l carnitine drink in the morning 30mins before a workout. During a workout I took bcaas mixed with my water. I then had a protein shake after. Finally at night I had casien protein chocolate mouse. Everything was with water no milk. Also another note, I followed everything strict meaning no cheat meals, no alcohol (super hard to do), no sugar or milk, no extra food, no soft drinks only soda water and finally no missed workouts!

So the results; I lost 6.9kg, but put on a lot of muscle. As you can see I'm not super defined so barely can see abs. I wish I did a body scan now but did not want to pay for it at the time. So there you go, if you have any questions please ask away.

TLDR: I worked out hard and ate well for 60days and had good results.

That has got to be one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen in my life.

I'm a lazy shit so I've been doing my weight loss strictly with diet. 35 lbs in 3 months, a little slow but at least I don't have to move

The true cause of OPs motivation

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Man, this is fucking awesome. Great goddamn job.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thanks

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No need for all those supplements. If you're eating properly a lot of it should come naturally. Push, pull, legs. Rinse wash repeat.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 3

Yeah I get that now. I'm probably only going to stick with protein shakes.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Good stuff @OP I see that Woolies logo my fellow Aussie.

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Woolies is also in New Zealand o: but no one likes kiwis so

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Didn't know that.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Congrats on the sexy.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Owner of the Lagertha/Vikings post here. Honoured to be beside you on the FP. Well done! You kicked ass.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Thanks

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I could be wrong but this seems like a very clever advertisement. If not, then congrats.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

Kinda seems like it. It's just that they're so out of place. The only thing you really need up there is protein.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Yep I agree now. Just protein. I used all the above just because It was recommended.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No advertising just wanted to share what I've worked towards.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I wish I understood what was going on here. I don't know what any of that stuff you did means. :(

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm favoriting this, maybe it'll motivate me to get in shape

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I hope so. Motivation is key. I was stuck in a rut for a long time. Just have to go out and start.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I've lost 35 lbs since February, by watching what I eat. Losing weight is stupid simple, just not easy, so people want it to be impossible.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

I don't get it your progress isn't even crazy for 60 days, not trying to put you down or anything, it seems pretty good to me.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Why would people think you lied? I lost 80 pounds in 5 months, with hard work and eating properly it can be done.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah I know. I thought i did well and wanted to share with imgur but there are many who want to troll.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You did extremely well, don't let anyone take that away from you.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I just wanted to say it's not fair that some would not believe you, if it didn't come off as that.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I need to do that. But beer. And I only weigh about a buck fitty. Good stuff dawg.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

No beer sucks Im not going to lie

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Lost 35 pounds in a year just by eating less, drink tons of water and playing hockey more while drinking 24 beers a week. No need to cut it.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'm glad you know your weekly intake of beer.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Well, it's a rough estimate. About 12 Friday, 12 Saturday, + 2-3 beers per hockey game.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Well done Op +1. Idk if it's because i just woke up for work but those pancakes look really good

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

That was my fav breakfast. Protein banana pancakes with yoghurt and blueberries. Yum

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Man I'd love to see the recipe on those

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

1 banana. 5g baking powder. 3g cinnamon. 3 eggs. Scoop of vanilla protein powder. Into hot pan with coconut oil spray. Let sit until 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Bubbles and almost cooked through. Flip and done. Top with greek yoghurt and blueberries. 2/2

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Thanks so much always looking for new ways to get more protein into my life

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Am I the only one that read every one of the pictures from the screenshot and was confused until I realized there was more?

9 years ago | Likes 148 Dislikes 0

I was confused for a while

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Glad to see there was one other person. http://mediashower.com/img/1413/smiling%20man%20pointing%20finger.jpg

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I thought I got sent back to the front page.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

You were not. But I caught on quickly...it was more a surprise than confusion.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I honestly thought OP was like - 'look at all my memes, how did I get to the FP so often oyu might ask?'

9 years ago | Likes 41 Dislikes 0

Yeah! Like- "I got all these images to the front page simultaneously." I was mad impressed, but looking for some kind of relation/proof.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Click....click....."alright, what's going on here?"

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Lol sorry my bad ????

100 push ups into incline bench press, ouch

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The last 100 to end hurt the most

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Gj but there are still some old fashioned methods that could have been skipped imo

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Please elaborate. Im keen for all info

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ooh meal 3 coming in with those salmonella gains

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If you mean the chicken breast. Raw is referring to weight then you cook it ????

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I see your head lawn grew as well.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You didn't just go from inactivity into this cut did you? You had been bulking for a while before this right? Cause that's a fair amount 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

2/2 of muscle for a non lifter to be carrying around even if you were initially fat.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I definitely added muscle because the scales never really changed drastically but I lost size everywhere

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You've got some big fucking arms and traps for someone who didn't lift, and just did a 2 'I think recomp. Capitalize on those genes my man.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah I've got another goal in mind now. The Firefighters calendar here in Australia.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Are you a firefighter

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No bulking just bad eating and no exercise for over a year. Before that i did gym on and off nothing this intense

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Started working towards getting in shape. Saving this for guidance thanks @op

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

No problems if you have any questions please hit me up.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No problems let me know if you have any questions.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Good work @OP, make sure to post your plan when you get home i'm looking for one right now!

You said you found the challenge online. Where at? It actually seems interesting enough for me to try. Great job, fyi.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's in the comment below this one. ????

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Saw it like right after I posted this lol. Thanks :)

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

There are lots of nutritional advice on youtube from people who's job it is . If you're intersted read about it or watch youtube , this ....

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

... Isn't the best advice because what works well for someone might not for another person so i don't recommend imgur for nutritional advice

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's right. But I'm not giving any advice, only describing what worked for me because people wanted to know what I did.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Fair enough . There are however lots of posts who describe " the perfect diet" and i grow tired of it .

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah fair call. All I wanted to do was share my success with the imgur community. People can take what they want out of it.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's all about the Viking music.

9 years ago | Likes 63 Dislikes 1

I for one would actually like to defeat the Saxons!

Amon Amarth?

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Yeeeeeee

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Check out some bands like Ensiferum and Winterson. They still have that viking/folk vibe. Maybe Windir, Eluviete, Heidevolk, Korplikaani.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You mean listen to bands that want to be Amon Amarth.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Many of these bands actually have a more folky or black metal vibe. You should check them out :)

No cheat meal is crazy!!good job

9 years ago | Likes 130 Dislikes 1

My boyfriend thinks of doing something similar like you did but struggles with the diet :( what website did you use? Programme? :)

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Also congraz! Its amazing how you pushed through! I didnt have any characters left to write that with the first comment :)

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thanks. I posted a link in the other comments. Can't pm on phone

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I had trouble with that too. The key is counting calories, you can still eat mostly what you want as long as you're just eating less.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I lift and have a cheat meal either every Saturday or Sunday and its hard trying to work out what should be your cheat rather than nothing

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

But if you get to have spaghetti bolognese, who needs to cheat?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yeah was a very bland spaghetti bolognese. Small portions. But was the best dinners

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah hardest part was going out with friends. I just kept thinking of the end goal.

9 years ago | Likes 48 Dislikes 0

So how did that go though? You ate your own prepacked meal at a restaraunt?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Sometimes I ate before or after. Certain places had meals which were similar and I could pick and choose off the plate.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ive been training for 10+years the diet has always been my weakness. Grats !

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Now I have to stick to something similar. Diet was easy knowing there was an end but now in the real world again it will be hard.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

keeping it off is super hard

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Friends right now are the death of my diet.. I'm short so I look skinny.. 5'6 155lbs I get come-on let's drink constantly...

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I got that at first too but if you let all your friends know why you are doing this they should understand

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah I can't do it, I just kind of gave up -.- I travel for work and it's really hard to stick to the diet.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I would keep at it. Im a shift worker and had to fit in workouts at odd hours. Meals are easier if you plan well in advance.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I workout every day at lunch and swim 3 days a week, and usually eat healthy for lunch just dinner + weekends.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm just going to say he started at 188 pounds then lost 15 pounds in 2 months. And pretty much any proper diet and excersize should do that

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

As was pointed out else where supplements werent needed and he already had that muscle he just cut the fat. Still he should be proud as it

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Does take hard work. This plan just won't turn everyone into that in 60 days.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Pretty honest opinion. Does take hard work and effort otherwise everyone would be doing it. I did gain strength and muscle though. I was 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Lifting way heavier in the end compared to the beginning.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Just put of curiosity how much is way heavier? What was starting lift? For science.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Where can I find the challenge?

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

No challenge needed! HERE'S YOUR MOTIVATION: GO MAKE 25 PUSH-UPS RIGHT NOW! THEN 100 SET-UPS! AND EAT LESS! BECOME BETTER! POOP MORE!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'ma dot myself right into this conversation.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Is there any way that you can take screenshots of all 60 days because I can't afford to pay that much for the program.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He's got a point. Lol

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

There are a lot of free sources online. Try 4chans /fit/. It has a pretty solid Guide, but dont expect any other help there..
