Everyone in starfleet knows you can bypass those door locks by swapping a few isolinear chips around in the panel next to it

Now these doors like most doors in Star Fleet have one major weakness, if I just pry off the main panel like so, you will see this 1/2

Conveniently placed override handle *handle noise and door swoshes open* so anyone with just a basic sense of logic can open this door.
