Doin' the romper suit right:

So girls like clothes that look like bandanas or table clothes. Got it.

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 3

I'd still put a baby in her

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ya say that, but Ive been buying cargo trousers off Amazon UK for work. Sturdy AF and durable for only £17 and fit right out of the pack.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

You look like a decortative tea cup

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Well I think she looks good in it.

8 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 5

I concur, not what she wanted but somewhere out there a guy with a teacup fetish just had his day made.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It's a knock-off copy. Of course it's shite.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Good news! Amazon is beta testing something called "Prime Wardrobe". It lets you pick 3 or more things to try on and return stuff that you 1

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

It's still cute

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Reality looks a lot wider than it does tall. The print is also different if you look close. Similar but not the same.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Yep. Looks like a cheap knock-off.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This is why physical stores will never completely go away

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

This issue goes out the window with standardized sizing. Who has the swagger to pressure manufacturers? Amazon and Walmart.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Or at least should never go away.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Eventually we'll probably have the tech to have a holographic fitting room or just 3d print your clothes onto yourself.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Just because you think you're a size 2 doesn't mean you are a size 2

8 years ago | Likes 32 Dislikes 15

US size 2 =/= Asian size 2

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

Unfortunately clothes produced in China for Chinese market (AliExpress, which I suspect is really where this is from) will be made 1/2

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

for Chinese standard sizing ( shorter torso etc) also, cheap clothes are cut smaller to save money. Source: I'm a fashion designer.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Also, not the same print. Model is most likely wearing a totally different garment that a Chinese factory attempted to emulate.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Also, hello fellow Imgurian apparel design

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Bwaahahahah, another customer fooled by our use of midgets as our clothing models, excellent!

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

Chinese "XXXL" means "M" in EU.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

What is with all of you losers calling her fat? She's not fat. Maybe not muscular or toned but definitely not fat. She looks normal. Grow up

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

That's because you're bigger. Wear your size.

8 years ago | Likes 43 Dislikes 29

Go get em, tiger

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

a medium in the US (example country, i don't know where she is) is not the same as a medium or even a large in China.

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

Oh man, guys. Chinese sizes are smaller. A lot of Amazon sellers who sell Chinese goods may not say they're any different.

8 years ago | Likes 32 Dislikes 2

Because they are shorter, and we are lardasses.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's not an identical pattern to the one on the left, either. Close, but not identical. Probably a cheap knock-off.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

In her defense the top does look a bit shorter than advertised

8 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 2

or the model is much smaller than she is

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

No, just look at the amount of fabric in the two pictures ignore the person wearing them.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Bottom is also too short. Model has the pieces joining over bellybutton.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I have the exact same thing and it fits perfectly. I ordered size L instead of S/M what i usually have and its great.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Imgur has apparently never experienced clothes made in Asia that don't adapt their sizing very well for the western market.

8 years ago | Likes 145 Dislikes 3

I actually saw a sweater recently on Amazon. One of the sizes was "Asian Small". So... like for ants?

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

That actually also happens vice-versa - Western-sized clothes to us are YUUUUUUGE

8 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 1

Just American size tbh. I have no problem with European size.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Well EXCUUUUUUUUSE US for being fat

8 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 1

I can never get enough of some good pee pee friction pleasure, thanks man

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm half Filipino, but am also 6'1" 170lbs. When I buy clothes in the Philippines, tho I wear a M here I'm 2XL there.

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

same problem, Korean adopted, but 6. 200lbs, Large european, 2-3xl in asian clothes

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I know an American guy who's like 5'5" and loved shopping in Japan because he was a med/large there instead of XS/kid's sizes.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

My grandma has the same pattern on her teacups.

8 years ago | Likes 1046 Dislikes 1

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

I'm a lil teapot short and stout...

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Where did you think they got it?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Everyone's grandma has that pattern on their teacups

8 years ago | Likes 55 Dislikes 0

Dutch?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I want a kitchen with white and blue pattern like that.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That girl in the gif has it covering up her teacups too

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

*b-cups

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

teacups, bowls, plates, ceramic spoons. We got that pattern everywhere!

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Damn!

8 years ago | Likes 54 Dislikes 2

Mine was going to be, "Who the hell wants to look like a teacup anyway?"

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

i concur

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ming dynasty those clothes

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Shouldn't talk about your grandma stretch marks.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Delfts blauw.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Blue-ish

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Dutch stuff.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Well, if it's the same size as what the 90 pound model with no tits is wearing, you're going to have issues

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 5

You do know they often budge the clothes on models. Safety pins, even cytopenias the back you can't see in the picture.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Cut open*

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I was somewhat aware...but I'd be lying if I knew what "Budge" meant

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Past tense of 'badge (v. intransitive) : doing whatever a badger does'.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I mean, when you either A. order the wrong size, or B. dont pay attention to the measurements. Which leads back to A.

8 years ago | Likes 247 Dislikes 14

yeah, sizes and the likes are usually what fucks up things like this. That, and having the wrong body proportions.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Tbh the sizing charts are usually never accurate. If the company doesn't provide a sizing chart, Amazon puts one up and it never works.

8 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

I usually have to read the reviews and hope someone posts that they have a similar body type as mine, and hear what they say about the size.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Chinese measurements, they warn you in teeny letters

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I bet she didn't notice it was Chinese sizes. They run very small

8 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 0

im korean, my korean large, is a european medium, i need xxxl shirts as a fit guy

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

also helps to not have a body with curves like a refridgerator

8 years ago | Likes 57 Dislikes 92

I'll go down with you man. I agree 100%

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 21

Hey! Refrigerators are sexy too!

8 years ago | Likes 34 Dislikes 6

Make refrigerators great again!

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Mean af, but the truth doesn't have to be nice

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 9

getting downvoted by fridges for speaking your mind :(

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 19

Not sure why you got the downvotes, I though it was funny.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 4

Lol I'm with you. *Sees hot model with outfit online* *triple her size, never goes to gym* "wow I'll look so cute in that!"

8 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 24

As someone who is overweight, I'm okay with harsh truths, but she does not seem overweight, at least not significantly so.

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 3

she's not overweight, she's just not the bodytype for that outfit

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

She's not overweight at all. She may be in the top 50% of her category but not overweight.

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

You may have misread the size chart

8 years ago | Likes 715 Dislikes 22

Why not ask a tailor to record your measurements? Just tell them that you're not there for a suit and pay them $40 for 15 min. work.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 5

Chinese XL is like a men's medium.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Try a small lol.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

The pattern and the cut of the material are different from the one pictured. It looks like a cheap knock off.

8 years ago | Likes 64 Dislikes 0

Of course it's a cheap knockoff but it probably only cost a fiver. He issue with it is that she sized her self badly. They're designed 1/2

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 4

For Asian people who tend to be smaller. Getting an XL isn't something to be ashamed of if it fits.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

Chinese size charts are notoriously difficult to get right. They're not used to curves either :/ (only tiny stick figures)

8 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 5

Look how short it is. They don't state the length on most size charts. Some even have dodgy waist sizes. Unless she's 6'+ it's just cheap.

8 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

The shorts are high waisted in the left picture, the model must be 4 foot nothing

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But the shorts look like they fit. Maybe it was sold together, one size for top+bottom

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Literally had the exact same thing happen to me with the exact same outfit - can confirm is not sized as it said on the website

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Size chart, underestimating their own size & not understanding the cut

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Kinda looks like it shrank in the laundry. The pattern seems compressed vertically.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Or mis-measured herself. Many people squeeze the tape super tight instead of measuring their actual size. So the clothes are tight, too.

8 years ago | Likes 130 Dislikes 6

my ex girlfriend used to call me by your username

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

ha! my babysitter called me it when I was little. It's a play off my given name

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

mine too... *the plot thickens*

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

first name AND middle name?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

A good chunk of online shopping falls victim to the size chart being way off

The only time I buy clothes on Amazon is if the item has a lot of reviews that talk about the size, so I know to go bigger/smaller/etc

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Always check if it's from another country too, size charts are not global. Conversion is necessary. I wear a small US but a large in China.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

No. The only people that set of clothing would fit are american 7 year olds and korean 16 year olds. She probably ordered a medium.

Shh skinny girls are hated on Imgur ;) The chubby Tumblrinas will shame you

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

or people who buy the right size

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

Okay? This doesnt mean anything? This girl could have gotten lucky or she could have gotten it from a different seller

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

It's a different pattern and cut. Not the same shorts set as in the post photo. Probably an original rather than the rip off OP bought

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Well if she ordered a medium then that's her problem. She's clearly much bigger than that.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 4

Realistically - She ordered a Large, but from a Chinese seller - making it more like a US Small.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

Also, its just not well made. See how it fits in the arms (close enough), and literally nowhere else?

8 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 4

7 year-old Korean body builders

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And it also is shorter in her size than the model... or is no one going to point that out?

8 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 2

Also the pattern is different.
