Man, a lot of these games are downright terrible.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I thought this was the game

This is the ride!!!!! Yippee!!!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Fuck I lost The Game

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Cross out Axis and Allies. Put down Twilight Imperium instead. That game is so complex, and so damn epic.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Axis and Allies, FTW

9 years ago | Likes 42 Dislikes 0

I played that game once and I gave up after 4 turns.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The rules aren't that bad. World in Flames, however...

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Redid the rules entirely and it's even better now. Simultaneous turns, and no teams to start.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

What do you mean redid the rules? Are you talking your own house rules, or is there a new addition I don't know about?

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

*we. Sorry ya house rules to the point of almost a new game. Built a 4x8 ft table that is the board. 12 players, and way more dynamic

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Twilight Imperium. It's similar to A&A, but ascended to another, greater level.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Diplomacy, FTW

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Try Twilight Imperium then https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iTcxQS-S82k

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Arkham Horror takes quite some time to setup and play.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Are you a huge nerd? Do you like spending money? MAGIC. ..... so true lol stopped playing the game because it got too expensive.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Do you want to spend dozens of hours preparing to play?>no>Magic. wtf. so much of magic is deck building

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Magic the board game. Takes about 40 min

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It's a thing actually, there are tons of train theme boardgames. Once attended a gaming convention called Railcon held at local trainstation

9 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 0

I personally know people that would certainly Answer with yea

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

"I like trains!"

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

"Do you have a Monty Python fetish?" is the one that got me

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

There's also apparently a farming fetish.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"Do you have a train fetish?" Choo choo...

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Arkham Horror less than 2 hours? Yeah right

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

How the hell do you manage to play Arkham horror within two hours?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Wikipedia says setup time is 1/2 hour to an hour, and then playing time is 2 to 4 hours. This is consistent with my experience.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

by losing

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The game I've lost 4 times in 30 years: Boggle. 4 letters & up only. If kids, I let them win. I put money on Boggle, and haven't lost a bet.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Seriously amazed CaH isn't on here

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 3

Persuit.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Before warhammer there should be another question: "Do you have infinite money?"

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Where would Betrayal at House on the Hill fit in?

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Best game ever. That's how we found out our 9 year old daughter is straight up fucking evil.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

"Have a group of 4-6 players?" (Betrayal isn't that great with only 3, IMO) –> Yes –> "Go play Betrayal at House on the Hill already!"

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

No Twilight Imperium?

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Love that game. When I first got it, I was playing a minimum of once a week, with different groups of friends.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Where the duck is my DnD. I guess you would put it in the same spot as Warhammer

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

roleplaying games are not board games.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 4

Board games are board games

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

of which D&D is not one.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 4

You and I play DnD very differently

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Where do you play dnd cause I do it on a board

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Hey, cribbage isn't just for the over 50's...

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And you can play it with just two people. This flowchart sucks :/

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Global Thermonuclear War!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

An interesting game. The only winning move is not to play. How about a nice game of chess?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

If it's not a Canadian game i will be disappointed

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

I used to play it in elementary school all the time in Canada, so it might be.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

What is a really good boardgame designed for two people?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I really enjoy Dominion. It works well for 2, as well as 3 or 4. It's technically a card game, but, whatever. There's also Rivals of Catan.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Check out the local sex shop

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If Yahtze counts count on Yahtze for a fun game.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's Ludo

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

It's real, I had the Pokémon version

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

What was that like?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Bruh. It was magical.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Same! Still do, actually. Gold and Silver Edition

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I bailed my mom out in sorry and then she back stabed me hard. I couldn't look her in the face for a week.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

someone rapidly raped you

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

Sorry is a game but it is not fun for adults. It isn't even fun for children.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 19

I'm with you. sorry is the equivalent of dry rape.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

The fuck it isn't you must not be playing right

9 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 0

"Sorry!"

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

"Play for more than two hours?" –> No –> ... –> "Arkham Horror" What?? AH takes even longer than EH, and that one's 3-4 hours with 4 people.

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

I adore Arkham Horror, but the setup time alone is 1/2 hour to an hour.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I laughed when they said a Warhammer game plays under 2 hours. Any point value worth a damn takes 2 hours to SET UP, and then a day to play

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Nah, you'll often losen Arkham Horror in under two hours.
