Impressive but remember the camera shack is an after effect, the video was super stabilized for the editing of balls and stuff.

They all just hold still during the video. Then it's edited using Boujou/AE 3D-tracking most likely, then rendered to look like "crappy".

The stuff floating in the air is of course edited in with the 3d-tracking software. There are many guides to "time freeze".
