They should definitely cast more leads who support ethnic cleansing.
wabitgirl
What the fuck is that logo?! IS THIS WHY DC GOT SO SHITTY?!
ddot196
Finally watched suicide squad. God that movie was awful.
hoffbox
That logo is such ass.
GradiustheFox
A lot of DCs worst fuckups are based on looking at something people liked and drawing the worst conclusions about what part of it they liked
So really, 'after a big success' is when they're MOST likely to do something equally and oppositely horrendous. Brace yourselves.
Timegoat
If they've been paying attention they know what the world really wants is a catwoman sequel
thefeckamisigningupwithfacebook
I love how everyone says it DC and Marvel... It's Warner Brothers and Disney.
MattJewDunkin
I have hope for Justice League after WW. Hopefully the story won't be shite like BvS and the CGI bad like WW, just got to wait and see \
owlest
can someone tell me how wonder woman is good? just watched it and it was predictable as hell and boring.
LordTonyStarkofWinterfell
Fucking Marvel fags. Everyone on this fucking site.
AllHailTrumPutiNaMo
Ur username tho.
Yeah, but Im a fan. Not a blind fanboy.
FuckingODYSSEY
It was ok. Justice League should be better without all the romance bullshit.
CoolGuyCoolDude
Has anyone actually been emotionally invested in a romance in an extreme action movie? Personally I think it's fucking annoying
Well, the romance "scene" from WW was incredibly short and felt rushed/out of place. It serves as a huge plot tool, but it was lazy.
octikitten
I really like when the idea of romance is brought up, but then the characters are too busy being badass to do anything with it
ReposterCallerOuterMan
wait...wonder woman was a good movie????? i didnt see it but is it good?
Fair warning the CGI is eh but at least they didn't sacrifice the story like in BvS. Gives me hope for DC
TwistedAttitudes
I would say its good and enjoyable. Definitely isn't bad.
MeekFletchers
The No Mans Land scene from Wonder Woman was the most badass scene ever.
NoiceSmart
I loved that too
Kaseladen
I thought the slow-mo at the start looked really cheesy but then it was fine once it started rolling
IOnlyPostThatOneGorillaGif
NO SPOILERS I HAS NOT SEENT IT YETS
EggyEggyBrit
Don't judge me but it looked slightly like a shampoo ad with all the green screen
AbutharAli
youre so right
I'm judging you.
MermaidLeggings
I agree with you, with the exception of the model strut she does a few sec after getting up from the ladder (before she breaks into a jog)
It looked like she was walking in place in front of a green screen to me. And they do it 3 times throughout the film.
justmykinkyself
Wonder Woman was such an eh film though :/
tinnerz58
It's the first one DC got right, and it was FAR from eh, maybe not quite up to marvel standards yet but they didn't miss the mark this time
LeelooDallasSupremeBeing
But the I love you shit
Overuse of cg, a story that an 11 year old could predict, no impact on any the universe and massive virtue signalling for dollar. It was eh.
Saying DC didnt miss the mark or 'got it right this time' means nothing. People always say 'but it was still okay' after bashing it.
shhep
Just because it was first they didn't fuck up, doesn't mean it was great and amazing. People say it's as good as Logan, while it's about the
level of original Cap America. Okay. Okay film with cool character.
shinyRK9
That and the ending was really underwhelming
TakWriterOfWorlds
I still don't know why they didn't give Affleck the directors role. I feel like he could have made something special out of it.
Daqonium
He flaked on directing the batman solo film so I doubt he could handle Justice league
WowThisNameIsStillAvailable
My money is its because he clashed with Snyder on the look of the film and wasn't being allowed to do it the way he wanted.
xchocolatethunderx
If the Batman turns out not being great, Batfleck could use the "I'm not the director" excuse...
... Plus, idk how good it would have been with his attention split between acting and directing
Affleck didnt even keep the directors role in Batman, let alone handling Justice League
I didn't think they had offered him Batman.
Inless I'm mistaken he was doing it then decided it was too much worm and passes it off
More like don't trust Zack Snyder. Hopefully enough "creative control" has been taken from him
As terrible as the circumstances were, I'm kind of happy that Whedon is taking over until the movie actually comes out
Zombreck
I love Zach Snyder. Not because he is a good director. But because I KNOW those fight scenes will be lit.
FernandoRumdebum
He's a terrible director, he makes such bizarre choices
dickwaffles
I thought he was one of the writers in this one? Could've sworn i saw his name in the credits.
lastminutepanicmode
Snyder is off the film and Whedon is finishing it
HungryHungryHypocrite
I really, really enjoyed his Dawn of the Dead remake and Watchmen is still one of my favorites to date. I'll forgive Sucker Punch and BVS.
I dunno if its because I never read the comic but I utterly hated Watchmen. I got into the movie for free and still gelt gyped
IFindYourLackOfACreativeUsernameDisturbing
Didn't he just lose his daughter to suicide? I think Joss Whedon is taking over
Whedon took over only a small part of filming. He'll do most of his work in the editing room (At least from what I heard)
IwentLookingForWhatTheBiggestIdiotHasToSayAndHereYouAre
I mean, he's no longer doing the dc movies due to a family tragedy.
Muddskipper2
Well, he did drop from reshoots because of his daughters suicide
vanderluft
Personally Zack should be more of the action scene director, if that makes sense?
veritasgear
Seriously. I didnt like 300 because of the storyline...
Yeah he does action scenes fine. Just dont let him handle the rest of the movie
Deadpoolio7
He did the story for Wonder Woman
EarthDragon2189
He's listed as "story by," not "screenplay." Not sure he deserves much credit for WW.
I did say he did the story, not the script.
Yeah, I'm just not sure that means much. Does he just give a general idea of what the story should basically cover and get credit for that?
Getting a story credit means he was one of the people who set up the outline, if his impact was minimal he would've just been an EP.
CoffeeTyrant
Everyone blames Snyder, but why does Goyer get off easy? He's such a shitty writer.
Cereaza
"Martha...."
Probably because the overall tone and direction was decided by Snyder from my understanding. The writing was shit too though
TheLastBaboon
Because Goyer was also involved in the Dark Knight Trilogy, so he can do it given the correct direction. Snyder keeps proving he's not good.
AdolfDumbledore
The Dark Knight Trilogy is full of shitty lines and plot holes though, Nolan being the Director that he is makes it work.
louistullyCPA
True. Goyers "story by" credits are fine but "written by" are garbage.
CptNesquick
Snyder is not bad, he's just not regular. 300 and Watchmens were masterly directed.
JonLogan
I would credit that more to Jonathan Nolan, who proves time and time again that he's a brilliant writer.
MillenialJesus
