"The vet's running a little behind".

Wife used to work in vet clinic decades ago. She's got a story about a big, mean dog they had pin between the door and the wall to give it shots. Everyone would leave the room and hall way. Owner would feed the leash through the crack under the door hinge and pull tight. Two techs would come in and push on the door enough to pin the dog but not hurt it. Then the vet would come in, administer the shots, and everyone but the owner would disappear until the dog was out of the office.

100% accurate

The only unrealistic thing about these is that I've never seen a veterinary clinic where they have much free time.

Most likely done after hours. If your socmed means people use your business and/or makes you money, you make time to film

The pit bull..

You should see them getting my pig inside! 4 small women tricked him onto a blanket, hiked up the corners, chunked him into a wheelbarrow.

Quote from a vet about my chihuahua "She's going to ruin their reputation." She was the sweetest animal I ever knew. Only time I ever saw her get aggressive is when a much, much bigger dog was picking on her big brother. She charged in like Don Quixote.

That's cos your pup has been so well treated and raised she knew her place in the world and that she knew she was exactly where she needed to be.

I should not be turned on by any of this. I should not be turned on by any of this.

Also the Feral and Exorcist Cats, in particular, made me laugh out loud.

True story about the pibble. Mine walks into the vet like "I'm gonna get SO MUCH hecken attention today from so many new friends! And then I'm gonna go get a PUP CUP!"

Yup. My dudes always happy to go hang out with new people too. I try not to take it personally. :-)

My pibble loves to be petted by people who are not me. He loves to be petted by me, too, but it makes his day when other people say hi and ask to pet.

I figured out why you should get their tails bobbed. Mine would wag so hard that her tail would split her ears open. Then, she would split her tail open on furniture. Had her docked 6 months ago and we're still finding blood on the walls.

Ours was a pit/lab mix, so she didn't hurt herself as much.

Instead, she'd hurt us by bruising our shins with her tail because she was just so happy to be there. We eventually got her to just sit down next to us and that at least got the tail out of shin-slapping range.

Yeah, best doggo I've ever had was pit/lab. Most gentle, loving, and codependent doggo ever. But that tail was a hammer on a spring...

He was also afraid of cats.

Pit bigots piss me off.

When I was a kid we had a pair of great danes.

Got home from a day of the house being empty and we were VERY sure that the dogs had just maimed a burglar because there was blood everywhere.

One of the Danes had split his tail open when we got home. All the fresh blood spatters on the walls, some of them 7+ feet off the ground, were from his tail.

Jesus I just tried picturing that!

Every one of these videos I've seen always features a pibble just happily wagging his butt. I love it.

They wag their butts so hard that sometimes the butt starts leading the way from sheer momentum.

Thus the expression about the tail wagging the dog, one assumes.

All the impressions - amazing. That one chick's hair though, wow! There was a show called Wings when I was a kid, and I had a crush on the lady in that show, who I swear had the same hair, lol.
