Or, the roads and conditions in that particular area weren't bad, but the neighborhood just had no power, and grandma had no cell battery left to be in contact. If it's just power out, then no, police and fire wouldn't be scrambling to get to her because, compared to an area that was flooded or had extensive damage, and Papa Johns driver would be fine to deliver there.

I've seen a bunch of people being very upset that he was shot at, so ... unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the case. And I'm not even in the US.
Personally I'm a bit concerned this makes it even more likely for him to get voted for because he's somewhat of a martyrer now, and his followers already thought of him as some messiah beforehand.
