This. This is fairly similar to how I treat my girls. I've had arguments with my girlfriend that this is how dogs should be treated. Every dog deserves to be spilled, and get what they want in life.

And the dog is old. When our pets get old and show signs of fragility, that’s when we really take notice of the time we have left and treat them well. I’m not so much a dog person but I would still tuck that dog in so much if it was mine.
