Yeah I’m doing intermediate fasting because 1carbs are a dangerous forbidden fruit and 2once I lost the weight I’m sure I would do the same

Measure your BMI weekly, it's easier to see the difference then with a scale. Taking regular body measurements is more encouraging

Walking around helps a lot. I like boxing and kendo practice for my cardio. Both are good because they move the whole body.
