Consult a professional if possible. Don't do strict diets, you'll start gaining again when you stop. Sustainably change your eating habits.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The plan is to hit it really hard for 45 days then reevaluate probably soften up a little and go with a similar but less restrictive diet

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm sinceing a typo

When I hit a plateau, I change up my exercise regime. Instead of increasing my walks, I hit the weight a bit harder. 1/2

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

2/2 and of course, watch the diet. I have switched up on the types of food I eat. one week chicken, then beef, then fish. Stay positive!

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah it’s been hard but I think with my new plan and renewed motivation to hit my goal I’m thinking the next 45 days be a break through

I lost 60 pounds in 6 months on a low carb diet. Then I went on a 12 month bender and I gained it all back plus an additional 10,

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Yeah I’m doing intermediate fasting because 1carbs are a dangerous forbidden fruit and 2once I lost the weight I’m sure I would do the same

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Measure your BMI weekly, it's easier to see the difference then with a scale. Taking regular body measurements is more encouraging

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I also used to practice Kendo, the warm ups I always thought were fun cardio. https://youtu.be/rYVMi1cYQ8c

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I’m sure it would be more of a difference however idk how and I really want to just weigh 270 or less but right now 270

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Walking around helps a lot. I like boxing and kendo practice for my cardio. Both are good because they move the whole body.

There is a reason why obesity is considered an endocrine disease.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yeah? What’s that mean

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It means that, at a certain point, weight loss for obese patients becomes increasingly difficult because of endocrine dysfunction.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Or you know, just burn more calories than you intake and it is physically impossible to not lose weight.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Good work, you fat piece of shit!

6 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 2

Slightly less fat piece of shit* keep losing that weight OP, good luck!

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Jk you thinning gazelle of a man

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Haha well you were probably a little closer with the first but thanks all the same

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

how do you get stuck at 300... eat less.

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

I’ve been on the intermediate fasting and consuming around 1500-2000 calories a day working out 2-3 times a week but yeah that’s the plan

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Im 150 and I eat 1500/2k cal with intermittent fasting to maintain weight. if I ate 2k every day I’d gain

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

My set thing was 1200-1500 for most of it but I haven’t been keeping track for the past week and a half so I figure I’ve been hitting1500/2k

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The next 45 days are going to be 1000 cal 4 days of the week and 1500 on my three workout days

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

the math doesn't lie, it will work. i lost > 100lbs with CICO but after researching IF i would go that route if i had to do it again

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

What’s cico and if

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Calories In Calories Out is what you're currently doing, but current research says Intermittent Fasting is likely faster and easier

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

A am doing IF while also only consuming a certain amount of calories

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The best advice I can give is don't give up. Since you're exercising as well, you may have muscle gain and fat loss going on at the same

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Time so may weigh the same but feel better and actually be doing well. Also don't give yourself things like cheat days. Just eat well and if

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You do end up eating a candy bar or something don't beat yourself up over it. A positive attitude can do wonders.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thanks i mean I’ve had a few weak moments but only because I planned for them in the overall diet the next 45 days are going to be no BS

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And I have though of that but still I should be losing more weight even with that muscle gain oh well I’m really bankin on these next 45days

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

try fasting a day

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

With work and everything I need to eat something through out the day I got a plan to decrease my cal. Intake and whatnot

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

fasting helps kick your body's metabolism out of its current rut https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/6-ways-to-do-intermittent-fasting

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah but all the research in the world won’t keep me going at work with out some fuel

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

there are different strategies, give it look and see if a method might work for you, the 16 hour fast might work for your situation

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Oh I thought you meant fast for 24 hrs I’m already doing the intermediate fasting 12-8 but I also watch my calories during my 8 hours

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0
