She’s so proud of her little alien sock puppet

That could just as easily be the daughter. Society always tries to make males look stupid. Girls are by far the dumber and more useless sex.

It looks like she has a Down Syndrome baby

Look at that crop! Of course, he still thinks he's starving, I'm sure. I love baby birbs. So ugly, they're cute!

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I'm quite sure I've seen him play a supporting role on British television

8 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

It looks more like "You can talk to either of us any time!"

8 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

Oh boy, always use extreme caution approaching a parrot with young. Caiques can and will destroy you.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That's a weird looking chicken

8 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

My roommate has one. We call him a rainbow chicken. The only colors of the rainbow he's missing are red and purple.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ur a weird looking chicken

I wonder if growing feathers hurts... Do they grow from beneath the skin and pierce through? As i know they contain blood vessels and veins.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The blood supply dries up when the feather is fully formed, until then injury to the feather is painful. Also, I can confirm life as a bird

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

is very itchy.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's really itchy for them. If you have tame birds they like to be scratched when they're moulting to get the feather casings off.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Thank you for the knowledge, I've never thought about it before. I'm ashamed of myself.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And I thought human pubescence was awkward..

Broken voice: "hEy GuYs"

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

My arms grew first allowing me to scratch me knees without bending for a while. Bro's legs grew so fast they broke. Puberty sucks.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

That's not a pubescent caique. That's a baby, under 4 months? Under 2 months? They hit puberty after a year old.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

poor guys got a testicle as a torso

8 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

That.. is a solid observation

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Or you've got two bird torsos as a testicle

v White bellied caique. Cute lil buggers with strong personality.

8 years ago | Likes 35 Dislikes 0

They look like lovebirds. Are they easier to train?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

My cousin has one and it knows how to roll over, cutest fucking thing with its legs sticking straight out.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Ours is 17 years old and she is absolutely AMAZING! Very strong willed but not a problem if you understand them! She is our cherished girl!

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

They live that long?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's a misconception that just because a bird is small, they don't have a long lifespan. Tiny birds yes, but Caiques live up to about 40

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Couldn't help but think of Monty Python's dead parrot sketch at the thought of your question. They can live to 40 and beyond though...

How long have you had that gif in the chamber?

8 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Awhile. I was using it on every post about a bird for a bit, but i didn't wanna oversaturate usersub and make it stale ha ha

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

This is amazing. What from?

8 years ago | Likes 34 Dislikes 1

It's my understanding that this was a tribute gif to an adult swim interstitial called Bird Up, but was never actually on the show itself.

8 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 0

It’s an in-joke from the Eric Andre Show.

8 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

I'll take your word for it. I haven't watched adult swim since Sealab 2020 was still a new show.

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0
