Just Another Weight Loss Post
Quick Summary: I've lost 21kg (46 pounds) and still going.
Moving back home two years ago I decided to turn my life around. I was 90kg (192 pounds) I didn't have anything to my name or a job. I started eating right, walking, and socialising more. I've turned everything around with some hard work and help from friends. I now have a job, a car and am down to 69kg (152 pounds)
