I had one as a kid. She REFUSED to come inside during the winter and just would lay outside in the snow no matter how deep or cold. miss her

1) I think dogs 1, 7, 12, 20, 21 are AE's, 10, 11, 14, 16 are Sams, not sure on 5. Sams are larger wider dogs, and pretty consistent in

2) size and have flatter faces, whereas AE's are smaller, slimmer, and come in 3 sizes, ranging from Pomeranian to Golden Retriever size.

Mixed? Samoyed's ears stick up, 19-23" at shldr, 50-60 lbs. Great Pyrenees ears are floppy, 25-32" at shldr, 85-115 lbs

I don't know, I have never owned either. But they are a sheep guard/protective breed which are typically less chatty and more alert-barky.

Had two, both barked at everything including ghosts and leaves. As they aged, they barked less. My male was very very protective of the fam.
