not a really important post

just..need to vent, I know it doesn't really do any good, but sometimes I feel better afterwords. And isn't telling the internet your issue what your suppose to do?
when I was young I had issues making friends, I'm odd and very shy, so I would read. non stop. The books became my friends, I would get lost in them. Now as an adult, I'm thinking that was the best, books don't hurt you..well paper cuts do..really bad haha!

I been trying to hangout with my friends for a little now. I can make plans and than the day of, they cancel. I know things come up and people have lives, but after so many times, you start to wonder. I had plans to go to dinner with one of them, they canceled, their reasoning was a good one, but after the 3rd time of canceling on me, kinda hurt. fast forward 3 days later I get a text from them with a picture of a hockey game saying so so invited me out an hour ago and this is where we are. Not sure if it hurts more than it should of type thing you know and I'm probably blowing this up, but its hard making and keeping friends as an adult as it is! I'm so thankful for the friends I meant on here! I know I can always count on them!!!!!
