Plot twist: he’s not calm, his balls were frozen to the floor.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

This bear is too calm. My old cat would claw the fuck out of me if I pet his back this way.

7 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Given that this bear has all of its claws (and presumably all teeth), isn’t that potentially dangerous, even if the bear is trained?

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Absolute unit.

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Bear butt! :) I wish I knew where all these posts were, and how I could get a bear. danger doggo

Rule 62: Never walk up behind a bear under any circumstances.

7 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 3

It's barely possible anyway.

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

In Finnish the word for bear (karhu) originally means rough (as in its fur). I don't think our ancestors usually touched live ones though

7 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Could have killed them, then touched.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yes. That's the usual way of touching the fur of a bear

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

No, the lineage would have finnished there if they had

7 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

That is, in fact, the case.

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Oh really? I haven’t watch family guy in forever so I don’t remember this scene.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

BEARS! BEARS! BEARS! BEARS! BEARS!

7 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 0

This how I scratch my back quite often

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Do they have a license to strip?

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Bearly.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If a bear strips in the woods, does anyone hear it?

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Do bears and wolves/dogs have a common ancestor? I always think about how much their faces look alike when I see one

7 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

They do but it's really far back in time. The similarities are due to convergent evolution, i e path-of-least-resistance adaptation to 1

7 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

similar biological niches. E g a predator needs depth of vision, so their eyes will be close together, if they're nocturnal their nose will2

7 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

be prominent but for tracking the nostrils will be close together and so on. It's a matter of developing a utilitarian design or dying out.

7 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Just a yes was probably fine.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 7

Speak for yourselve, I love thorough explanations like this.

7 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Is that a bear or a dog?

7 years ago | Likes 193 Dislikes 9

Russian pet? Tranquilized and fed?

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I don't think they have to tranquilize him. He was raised by humans and is unusually tame.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

His name is Stepan. He starred in 20 movies and loves to pose for photoshoots. He even performs weddings.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Brown Bear, if I'm right.

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

7 years ago | Likes 71 Dislikes 0

Yes, that's why we hope someone else does it. Already got my popcorn ready

7 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 0

That's the thing I want to hug the bear but I know the bear will take it as an attack so I'll just hug my dog instead.
