We dyin' out or what?

I've noticed recently that the upvote count has dropped significantly. I browse rising. Posts there come and go quite fast, but recently it doesn't seem to be the case. This may hold true for off-peak hours, but definitely not for peak hours.

So, what? Did I miss the migration notice? Wass there a new upvote system implemented that I haven't heard about? We dyin' or what?
