Not going to lie, it is incredibly weird that people are treating this like it's a secret. The man clearly has dementia. He has clearly had a stroke or TBIs. He's had at LEAST two MRIs in the last year. The man cannot remember what he said at the beginning of the conversation. He is being treated for multiple things at this point.

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No, he's taking Alzheimers drugs in secret.

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Lmao I am sure he is taking every drug except for the ones that make him a better person

3 months ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

Well they sure as shiyt aint working

3 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

This thing will never see any punishment for his crimes. His death will make him a martyr to the ignorante. every single person he has appointed should be fired by our next freely elected president.

Maybe, or he's the moron we've all known he has always been.

Joe Biden falls asleep - I don't really care since he has surrounded himself with competent administrators.

Donald Trump falls asleep - I... can't tell if its better or worse to have that incompetent a-hole asleep when his administrators are at least as incompetent and immoral as he is.

Does the specific drug matter? We already know he’s wildly unfit and his own party will protect him anyway.

3 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

The more important question we should be asking is: why👏are 👏we 👏electing👏the 👏 elderly👏 to 👏run 👏our 👏country!?

3 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Don't give him the excuses he's trying to get from you

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Correlation does not imply causation.

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If he is the only group thay wants to keep it a secret nore than the administration is the maker if the drug. Can you imagine 20 years from now your doctor suggesting the same treatment Trump is on. "I don't have amnesia doc. there has to be something better than whatever he was on cause it obviously didn't work"

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Who else is better to test it on????

3 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

It’s not going to “Restore” anything is my understanding, it just helps you keep what you’ve got.

Correct me if I’m wrong.

3 months ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

Alzheimer's drug plateau your descent for awhile, but they eventually stop working.

3 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Can it hurry a bit? I want to see him fall down the stairs of Air Farce One all the way down to the tarmac.

3 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I mean he has plenty of other signs, so I could definitely see this as preventative treatment against Alzheimer's. Sucks we're wasting this on someone as far gone and evil as him. Should be using that for someone who has a chance.

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

regardless, by the time it all burns down and he is out of office he will not be prosecuted because he will be senile or whatever- now the people around him, that is another story. I want to see Vance. Miller, Hegseth, Bondi, and Rubio go down in flames...then throw Noem in there too...war crimes, perjury, corruption...if we survive, it will happen....we may not survive though

That's just so speculative it barely deserves a response. But they are onto the fact that he certainly is being given SOMETHING. As for the fatigue, he's freaking 80 and unhealthy.

Wow, I take huge covfefe at your comment.

3 months ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

If it is found out he HAS taken said drug, his whole administration should be prosecuted for keeping the president’s mental decline from the public. The people have a right to know when their elected leader is no longer capable of making the decisions his position is responsible for. It is morally reprehensible to keep this from people.

3 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

That administration is morally and legally compromised, all of them, but thanks to the corrupt SC judges not one of them will be held responsible for anything unless a proper majority in both chambers can be achieved. And I think that train has left the station.

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

There's a reason they've been raising a fuss about Biden, the autopen, his mental faculties, the people who hid his decline - if they go down, they want to bring the Biden folks with them.

3 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

The MAGAts will be all…

all Alzheimer's drugs do is just keep the progression less severe; it doesn't stop shit. it's a one-way street that instead of being 50 mph it's more like 40mph.

3 months ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Now when did I say 'stop'?

there's a line around the block of medical conditions which are closing in on him
the MAGA heads in DC smell his imminent demise
the "cracks" in MAGA are folks jockeying for position for after Trump fucks off to hell

We can only hope the infighting destroys and fractions the maga/gop camps so much we can strip them of power and remove them all

3 months ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Well his entire regime has been made up entirely of unqualified toadies, the most "competent" of which is Miller and he has the charisma of an old string mop, and all of them seem to hate each other, so it'll likely be a Stalin situation. The real problem is that it won't reverse the sheer 30-year backslide of democracy we've undergone, especially given the state of congress, the scotus, the massive damage this regime has done, and both of the next-to-worthless dominant political parties.

3 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

If only there actually was a hot hot place for him to suffer in

as long as he fucks all the way off. the rest of the details are negotiable

3 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Trump is the cult leader. There is no one that can pick up the mantle with the same effectiveness. His inner circle will keep him breathing and blabbering as long as possible to maximize the grift. If they delay or cancel the SotU Address, we're probably on a timeline of months.

3 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I don’t want him to die. I want him to suffer consequences for his actions.

3 months ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 1

Too late friend, his mind is gone and he lives in a happy place of his own making ... You can hear it in the clips of drivel and see it with how he sleeps/listens vacant-eyed in broadcasted meetings

3 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Is the place of his own making really making him happy? He seems aggravated most of the time

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I think it's only when sycophants are speaking to him, you can see the glum look ... Alone with his thoughts you may be right, some internalized grievance possibly

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Wanting others to suffer is the hallmark of the conservative. Focus on protecting lives from the monsters. I know, it would be really satisfying to see a shite wupremacist crashing out due to experiencing consequences. But that's for when you can afford the fallout, and you can contain the problem in a prison.

For those above the law, their mortality is the only justice left.

3 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 3

If he dies (or becomes senile) before there are consequences then there will have been no justice.

3 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I don't care about "justice". It's a fictional concept that's entirely about dressing up the base desire for vengeance as something noble.

Whether he suffers or not brings back nothing and no one he has taken. His suffering is not justice, it is not restitution, it is vengeance.

His death would prevent quite a lot of suffering and injustice. (Yes, the opposite of justice IS a thing of its own while justice is vengeance in a hat.) I don't care how it happens, as long as it starts no nuclear war

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I'm not sure he ever was capable of even processing actual consequences, just his perceived persecutions.

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That bandage looks photoshopped, but still a plausible theory.

3 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 5

If so, they did a pretty good job with the wrinkles on the near end...

3 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

The hand is wrinkled, but the bandage isn’t; which is the main thing that makes me think it might be. But I’m no expert… Could be real. My opinion is far from being a reliable source.

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I kind of thought the bandage shading as it went over the fatter wrinkle, looked pretty natural.

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It isn't. If you go to the Getty Images website, Chip Somodevilla took them on Dec 3rd. Here's another example:

https://www.gettyimages.com/detail/news-photo/president-donald-trump-announces-changes-to-the-countrys-news-photo/2249834656

Fair enough. Like I said to someone else: I’m not knowledgable enough on the subject for my opinion on it to mean anything…

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Oh, sure. I meant no argument. There are so many faked or manipulated photos, I like to find solid evidence where I can.

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It looks that way because it’s a bandage on top of a slathering of makeup.

3 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Or underneath… The man has no idea how makeup works

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

can we impeach him for using performance enhancing drugs? /s
but for real. if this isnt a sign of his decline and his ineligibility for office then i dont know what is. why do we keep letting these old ghouls rule us when they wont live to suffer the consequences of their actions?

3 months ago | Likes 51 Dislikes 3

Lol they're not working 🤣

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Because the GOP controls the Senate.
And the Senate are the ones with the power to remove people from Federal office.
If the Senate did their duty, they would have removed many of the Supreme Court members for corruption and as well as much of Trump's administration.

3 months ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 1

can we impale him instead?

3 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Face down at a crossroads, like the vampires of old. Don't forget to cover the coffin with thorny branches, so he'll dig himself deeper into the earth to get away from them

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

While we are all just waiting for him to keel over, I would like to ask my American friends something: When Orange man becomes too incapacitated, the VP will be promomted, right? But how will a new VP be appointed, and by whom? Peter Thiel suddenly becoming VP, and JD looking nervously over his shoulder not only when he has a quiet moment on the couch?

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's happened before. Nixon's VP had to resign and Ford was chosen by Nixon, under pressure from Congress, and he became VP. Very soon after Nixon had to resign and Ford became President.

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

OK thanks. So by the end of that term, neither the persident nor the VP were elected by the voters, but appointed by a few? I seem to remember the VP was Mondale.

3 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yep, the US system has fixed terms so they have a order of succession if the President dies suddenly, first VP, then the Speaker of the house and so on. But if the VP has to resign it doesn't mean the Speaker automatically moves up. The president can choose a new VP, just as he would have chosen his running mate to be VP when he was campaigning. Ford was VP and President but was never elected to either.

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Tom Clancy wrote about this. So: If Orange man kicks the bucket, JD moves up and appoints someone and then immediately has a stroke, then the new guy appoints someone he wants in place. Sounds safe.

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Could be, most drugs are given via IV's in the hand at that age.
And a man near his 80s falling asleep easily isn't exactly abnormal.
And there are a number of conditions that would call for an MRI, such as strokes.
What is clear though is he has some kind of chronic condition that needs ongoing treatment, and that condition has some kind of neurological component. And that there is a medication treatment for it.

3 months ago | Likes 608 Dislikes 6

More damning is that he's going off about Biden's mental capacity with the background trend of "every accusation is an admission" being correct far more often than not.

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Indeed. He 100% has a serious case of old.

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And I hear Old is a terminal condition.

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Indeed! the majority of the population at some point in their lives will be afflicted with Old.

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He probably has a brain lesion they need serial sets of images to see if it's growing.

3 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Lots of conditions that require repeated scanning.

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Everyone keeps saying mri. It's only because that one reporter suggested it, after his medical, the reporter asked MRI and he used MRI in the response. Everyone has said MRI since. The medical report never said anything about MRI, only advanced medical imaging. The report meanwhile the White House issued talks about perfusion of the abdominal organs, and condition of the arteries of the heart. That is not something that you see with MRIs. That is something that you see with contrast CT.

3 months ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 4

Ahh..no…Google 4D cardiac imaging. It isn’t that new.

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Dude, HE said he had an MRI.

3 months ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

Yes, but when was the last time we could actually Trust anything he has said?

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

TBF, he does lie all the time. And im not too sure he would know the difference himself.

3 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Agreed, he does make up tons of shit.

But I also believe he wouldn’t say “mri” unless it was equal to or better than what he had. Eg, if they had to resuscitate him, he might say mri. But he wouldn’t say mri if all he had was a physical.

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He grasped what the reporter said and ran with it. Because he's an idiot. An idiot who rambles.
He went in a "big machine" that took "pictures of his insides".

Do you think that he knows the difference between x-ray computed tomography, and (nuclear) Magnetic Resonance Imaging? Or gives a shit?

He'll say whatever aggrandizes himself.

3 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

No, but I also don’t think he’d say X-ray if someone said he had an mri. He tends to pick up on things people say and run with it.

Also, I can’t believe we’re having this conversation about THE POTUS! I hate this timeline.

It's trivial to cure syphilis.

3 months ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 3

its a joke based on how old he is and how several notable people have been suspected to have died from syphilis.

3 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Not if it went untreated and reached the brain

3 months ago | Likes 32 Dislikes 1

Just looked, syphilis can be cured if it reaches the brain, with high doses of intravenous penicillin over the course of 2 weeks. Though it would get rid of the disease it will not reverse any damage done to the brain.

3 months ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 1

He should try some Ivermectin

3 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

And since he was president once already he would definitely have been tested and treated back in 2016. It's pretty routine to screen for syphilis. In Wisconsin it used to be required to get a marriage license.

3 months ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Not quite.

In older persons, IVs are more often placed in the arm (specifically the forearm) rather than the hand due to the fragility of hand veins, potential for more pain, and a higher risk of complications in that area.

Patients may however prefer or insist on hand IVs.

My father in law is on lots of blood thinners and he has the bruising on the backs of his hands just from jamming them in his jeans pockets. The seam of the pocket scraping the back of the hand is enough to cause a permanent mottled red/purple bruise. I don’t think Trump wears a lot of denim so it’s not exactly that of course, but it made me realize how easily surface bruising happens for people on major blood thinners.

3 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

exactly

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah, in my experience it's pretty common for old people to have bruises like that just from daily life.

If Nixon and Reagan gave birth to their own hell spawn, it would still be a better president than Rump.

3 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Actually instead of rump, you can "deadname" him by referring to him as Drumpf, as that was his family's name when they immigrated here. It was changed legally to Trump to avoid discrimination. The more you know 🏳️‍⚧️✨️

3 months ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 2

That depends highly on how things go in 4 years.
As that first year after Trumps term ends is going to determine everything.
As well as how many documents they are actively destroying right now.

And the modern corporate media is so profit driven they cover NOTHING of importance, not to mention bypassing any fact that would offend orange stain. Course they are afraid. These lawsuits are secondary, or primary purpose is to cost the victims money,
Fat Donny knows this except he was guilty.

"over NOTHING of importance" because he has scared them into compliance, just like he has done for most of the GOP in Congress.

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Regan's Economic policy was just as bad as Trumps, Trickle down is just as bad as Tariff everything.
And his Russia policy was also just as awful.

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Love to discuss. if you’re saying both economic policies hurt lower and middle class people well yes but in different ways.

Reagan was opposing the Soviet Union “tear down this wall” and Star Wars defense. Trump probably blows Putin and is under his thumb, Kompromat? There are many examples of orange turd giving in to Putin.

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Regan was mostly performative when it came to Russia.
The whole "Tear down this wall" bit only happened after it was clear that the people were going to tear down the wall, regardless of what any government said.
And the entire idea around the Star Wars defence was simply because they wanted to intimidate Russia, which only worked to provoke Russia into expanding its own military capacity research. So it caused them to up their military RnD spending, not really a great outcome.
