Never cooked steaks before, salt and pepper rub.

could have been a little more pink.

Keep it up! Good cuts are expensive. Ranch steaks are cheap like ground beef and you can practice grill technique

That was probably the hardest part for me was not flipping took early and end up having to flip again. It feels like dodging a train

I grilled up some marinated chicken breasts earlier, gave them some beautiful cross hatch marks. Took some practice, but as easy as it looks

Try 3 1/2 minutes one side, and 3 minute the other.
