You have to get the ratio of raw egg and soy sauce right otherwise it can be either too eggy or too salty.

Drugs are pretty cheap. You can run a beginner 12 week cycle for ~$150 all said and done. They get expensive at the olympia level though

Excess fat easier. Basically it's better to take it slow and not over eat too much and it can be hard to get back to a diet if I come off.

Dude, too fast. Faster then 2lbs a week drastically increases risk of serious gallbladder problems & muscle loss. Lose, but plz be healthy.

I am not starving myself. My calorie intake is around 2300 a day. I have given up sure and carbs(for the most part).

Yeah, I did serious keto in my early 20's and it made me lose muscle mass and fucked up my metabolism. Be careful. Grats on the loss though.

I haven't fully committed to it, I have cut sugars out and carbs are below 30g a day. Before I started I was eating lunch and dinner only.
