I did this a while back took a good week to get regular again. Upped my fiber after. I recommend a stool softener. It helps

Eat fiber. Drink prune juice if you like it. Or cranberry juice. Not quite as effective but it works. Just make sure you eat fiber

Try a probiotic and drink it’s of water. Maybe just quit smoking at first, then ease off the coffee.

Maltitol. It's used in a lot of sugar free candy. If you overdo it you get diarrhea, though.

any other warm caffeinated beverage should do the job. And Congrats, on the no smoking. I'm 5 years no tobacco 3 years no daily coffee.

I saw some scientific study that found that its the combo that's a pooping trigger with smokers. I've been there too, it will pass!

Yeah, I noticed that too when I quit. It takes some time for your body to figure out what to do again, but without nicotine.

Start eating muesli or granola for breakfast. Be prepared to pass gas a LOT if you havent eaten them before regularly.
