Tips on fighting Cazadors: 1) VATS the wings (usually can cripple in 1 shot, forcing them to walk; walk speed is slower than fly speed)

2) Snake-bite-tourniquets and anti-venom are your friends. Always have some handy.

3) If you're melee, circle-strife them as much as possible; their power attack forces them to face one direction, so don't stand still.

4) If you discover a nest, set up a mine field, and use a rifle to get their attention. Stay crouched as landmines can sneak attack.

Using these tips I managed to take out all the Y. Cazadors near Good Springs at lvl 2. It was hard, but it's possible to beat them.

Fully upgrade the Overseers Guardian, get the rifleman perk, and pop a jet whenever you wanna get 30 headshots in 5 seconds.

I always focused on Small Guns, and would pick them off with AM rifle with explosive rounds. 1 headshot usually did the trick.
